Salary Structure for Branch
On this window, it must be registered the information required for that the module searches in other company and branch the salary structure different from the one treated in the job registration.
It calls the Sequence of Ranges window.
Inform the date on which the new definition will be in force. For the search of Structure, Class and Level:
- If the change date informed is previous to the current date, the search for this information will consider the current date of the system (today's date);
- If the change date informed is posterior to the current date, the search for this information will consider the date informed on the window.

Branch
Inform the Branch code. The data below will be valid only for the branch informed, for other branches of the company, it will be valid the job general registration. If leaving the Branch field zeroed, the definition will be valid for all branches. it allows informing the same branch code more than once, since the Sequence column be different.
Sequence
The sequence must be informed according the registration in the Sequence button. When reporting a sequence, the ranges registered for it will be respected.
Level of Education Class
Inform the maximum class that it can reach, if the worker does not have the minimum required instruction. When the field is blank, it means that all branches will have the same differentiated treatment.
Level of Education
Inform the maximum level, if the worker does not have the minimum required instruction. It will be useful salary framework proposals. This information related to the Classes and Levels will be useful when generating salary framework proposals.
The following rules per process are available for this tab:
- 480 - Insert the job salary information.
- 481 - Change the job salary information.
- 482 - Delete the job salary information.
These rules per process will be called in the Processes for Inclusion, Change and Deletion.
For inclusion and Change, the rule will be called after carrying out the recording on the database, therefore, the fields from the R024SAL table will be available in the rule only for consultation, and it will not be possible to change registers via rule.
In the deletion process, the rule will be called before to delete the register on the database, however, it will not be possible to change their values via rule.
The rule will be called per register, that is, each line of the grid that is changed, inserted or deleted (by CTRL + DEL) will call its respective rule.
Example
If inserting 1 line, change two registers already existing and delete another register already existing, the insertion rule will be called once, the change rule will be called twice and the deletion rule will be called once.
Note
These rules per process will also be called through the Salary information tab from the job information, therefore, the TipoInfSal system variable must be used in the rule, if you want to know if the rule has been called by the Structure button or through the Salary Information tab, being that the variable will have the following value:
1 - When the process is executed by the Salary Information tab.
2 - When the process is executed by the Structure button.
