List of pending
The pending originated from transfers of workers who have register in the leader information (leaders, sub-leaders, substitute leaders, exceptions) or who has any user associated, will be presented in this option. These transfers can help per company/branch, org. unit, job, cost center, schedule/shift, individually or collectively.
The pending comprises the necessary adjustments in the leader information, as example, the register about the end of the leadership period for a certain org. unit or the creation of a new period, sub-leader promotion, etc. It also comprises the adjustment relating to its user to access the system, its inclusion or exclusion in certain groups of users and the respective ranges.
This list of pending was gathered in a single window aiming to facilitate the analysis of the responsible person, to perceive the necessary adjustments to be done on the database. Thus, the responsible person will not need to access the user manager (SGU), the window of leadership information and the window containing the ranges of system users, and will do everything it needs on a single window.
The generation of this information is optional, according to the parameters in Others > Indications, Transfer Control folder.
Allows to filter the pending from a certain period, by considering the situation referring to the treatment of the leadership information and user information, or due to the need of review.
Report the month, day, and year for the beginning of the survey.

Leader Situation - Non-Updated
Check this field to present the pending that has not been updated (situation 1).
Check this field to present the pending that has already been updated (situation 2).
Leader Situation - No need of change
Check this field to present the pending that does not need to be verified (situation 3).
Check this field to present the pending that has been canceled by the responsible (situation 4).
Check this field to present the pending that has not been serviced (situation 1).
User Situation - Serviced Non-Updated
Check this field to present the pending that has been serviced but has still not been updated (situation 1).
User Situation - Serviced and Updated
Check this field to present the pending that has been serviced and updated on the database (situation 3).
User Situation - No need of change
Check this field to present the pending that does not need to be changed (situation 4).
Check this field to present the pending that has been canceled by the responsible (situation 5).
Check this field to present the pending that needs revision, according to the column selected.

Grid of Pending
In this grid, lists the pending according to the selection reported. It comprises the following fields:
Company
Presents the company code of the worker from the pending.
Type
Presents the type of worker from the pending.
Worker
Presents the worker with the pending.
New Company
Presents the code of the company to where the worker was transferred.
New ID Number
Presents the code of the new ID number belonging to the worker who was transferred of company or branch.
Transfer Date
Presents the date on which the transfer occurred. This transfer may have been per company (with termination), branch, org. unit, cost center, job, schedule or at the worker admission.
Corresponds to the situation in which the pending is, in relation to the leadership:
- Non-Updated - It means that there was not any change.
- Updated - It means that the responsible has changed the register of leaderships/exceptions, that is, updated them.
- No need for change - It means that the worker does not have a register in the leaderships information. It will not be allowed to change the situation.
- Canceled - The pending has been canceled by the responsible.
User Situation - It corresponds to the situation in which the pending is, in relation to its user group and ranges:
- Non-Updated - It means that there was not any change.
- Serviced Non-Updated - It means that the responsible has changed the register of the user of the pending, but still not update it on the database because the date is future, that is, the routine is waiting the date occur to perform automatically the update. If the date is less or equal to the system date, when pressing the Change button, the situation will be changed to 3-Serviced and updated.
- Not Serviced - It corresponds to the pending that has already been treated on the database and has been definitely saved on the database. This update occurs by the Update button, which will update the pending with date equal or previous to the current date and by the process of automatic update of records (first login in the day), which will also update the pending treated (or serviced) and which was with future date when the treatment was given. Note: In cases of transfers with future date, which have this situation and that do not need revision, this pending will be stored in temporary tables (R038ABR (Pending - Ranges), R038GRP (Pending - User Groups), R038PEN (Pending of Transfers), R038PEN (Pending - Users)). The changes that a pending will bring to the database are: changes of user groups of the corresponding worker, change of user ranges, change of the Create User field from the window of users (Users Button of the Employee Register).
- Canceled - The pending has been canceled by the responsible.
Needs Revision
This field is indicated after the pending generation, the responsible performs any adjustment in the worker’s transfer record, for example, change to another org. unit. It is a way to remind the responsible, who must do a revision in the adjustments that it has already performed. In this case, while this user pending situation is with 2-Serviced Non-Updated and this field is indicated, the situation can be changed to 3-Serviced and Updated.
Has changed Company
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of company.
Has changed Branch
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of branch.
Has changed Org. Unit
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of org. unit.
Has changed Cost Center
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of cost center.
Has changed Job
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of job.
Has changed Schedule
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of schedule.
Due to Termination
This field will be indicated when there is a transfer of company with termination or through the worker lay-off.
For each selected company, three folders will be presented. They are: Users, Leaders, Exceptions.
Users
All users to which the worker of the pending is associated will be presented in the Users folder.
Through the Groups button, allows to access the User Groups window (R038GRP) to the handling of user groups associated to the worker of the pending.
This table presents a list of groups where the user is a member. This window aims to store selected groups and the content from the Create User field in the R038USU table, because the definitive change to remove or include the user from a group and change the Create User field will be saved in the official tables only in the transfer date.
Through the Range button, the system will open the window of user ranges where the existing user ranges will be presented, allowing to change them. The information from this window will be stored on the R038ABR table, because the definitive change must occur only on the transfer date.
Leaders
All leadership information that were valid on the pending date and that the worker of the pending is related will be presented on the Leaders folder, that is, will present the org. units/shifts where this worker is a leader, sub-leader, substitute leader (R080SUB table). Through the Leaders button, allows accessing the information of leadership to perform the adjustments. The window can also be accessed by double-click on the line of the grid.
Exceptions
In the Exceptions folder, all workers, in which the worker of the pending is registered as exception of leader (table R080EXC), will be presented. Through the Exceptions button, allows accessing the information of exceptions to perform the adjustments. The window can also be accessed by double-click on the line of the grid.
