Block of Technical Skills
When in Other > Indications, Information tab, in the Management per Competencies field it is defined “3 - Activate without legacy”, this window will not be displayed.
The personal skills or competencies must, further on, be bound to the jobs, as well as be evaluated.
To make these two processes easier, the blocks of Personal skills must be created, in which they must be grouped according to the profile of jobs that perform them.
Some competencies may have a level of importance more relevant in relation to the others. Thus, when calculating the grade or percentage reached in the evaluation process, this competency must have a differentiated weight from the others relating to the block.
- Block of Technical Skills - Management
Personal Skills: Leadership Ability, Teamwork, Creativity, etc. - Block of Technical Skills - Sewing
Personal Skills: Teamwork, Creativity, Agility, Attention, etc.
That is, the block is the way to group the personal skills which will be required in the jobs. If they will use all registered skills, it is required only one block.
Through the Associate button it is possible to relate the block of personal skills to certain org. units and jobs.
Block Room Personal
Report a code for each block of personal skills.
Skills
Date of Skills
Report the date on which this block of skills starts taking effect. This date will be useful for all records.
Skills Grid
Register the skills and their respective weights for each block of personal skills.
Note
The Self-Evaluation, Superior, Subordinate, Similar Job, Customer, Supplier, Instructor and Consensus fields will be displayed only if the Items per evaluation focus evaluation is defined as Y on the window of General Definitions of Evaluation.
Duplicate Button
Through this button, it is possible to duplicate the Block of Skills for a particular date.
Skill Button
It calls the window of Register of Personal Skills.
To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the line to be deleted.
