Course Subjects
It allows to register the subjects required in the courses. The subjects are more generic than the courses, also known as education areas.
In case of Foreign Language, it is indicated registering the language intended to be identified, as German, English, for example.
Subject: Report a code that may be sequential, for each subject.
Description: Report the description of the subject.
Example: Micro Computing, Safety at Work, Total Quality.
Language: indicate the type of subject related to languages.
Note
Based on this information, when it comes to a family referring to languages both in the record of improvement courses of the internal candidate and in the external candidate, there will be possibility to register the knowledge degree relating to the reading, writing and speaking.
First aid: indicate the type of subject relating to first aid.
Note
This field is automatically disabled when the type of course is languages (informed "Yes" in the Language field).
Assists Evaluation: Sets if the Subject can assist an Evaluation.
| Y | Y - Yes, the subject will appear in the consultation of courses (trough the Courses button, from the Evaluation window), having influence only on the evaluator decision. |
| N | N - No, the Subject will not appear in the consultation of courses. |
Note
This field (independently on what is set in it) does not influences in any automatic process of the system.
