Training and Research / Development / Certifications / Certify Requirements

Certify Requirements

When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.

This window aims to certify the Skills that have their Certification Origin in the Requirements.

Reference Date: Reference date to search for the worker's Requirements.

Certifier: Worker who will be registered in the records as being the Certifier.

Generate Certification: Competency where the records of Skills will be generated.

Overlap Existing register: Indicates if the routine must overwrite an existing register in the same generation period.

From these entry data, the routine will search for Workers according to the selection for each Worker, the routine will search for Skills that are requirements of the Worker job and that have certification Origin through the Requirements.

For each Skill evaluated that has certification origin in the Requirements, the routine will check:
1. If the indication Checks Knowledge (window of Certification Definitions) is set to check the Knowledge of the Skills, the routine will calculate the percentage for the Knowledge of the Skill that the Worker has (certified knowledge and valid on the reference date);

2. Calculates the Percentage of Training and Improvement of the Skill that the Worker has;

3. Checks if the Knowledge, Improvement and Training minimum percentages of the Skill have been reached;

4. If the Skill has reached all the requirements, its record is generated as certified. If the Worker already has a record with the Skill certified and valid on the reference date, the system will consider the Recertifies Skill/Knowledge indication (Certification Definitions window) to recertify it;

5. If the Skill has not reached all the requirements, the system will check the Generates non-certified items indication (Certification Definitions window) and then generate the Skill record as non-certified. If the routine must generate the record and the Worker already has a Skill record as non-certified and valid, the system will consider the Recertifies Skill/Knowledge indication (Certification Definitions window) to recertify it.

The records generated by the Certification of Requirements window are generated with origin equal to R-Requirements and with a Batch number. From the Delete button of the window it is possible to delete all records generated in a batch.

During the Certification generation process the system will generate a Log of Workers and processed Skills, where it will be possible to identify what has occurred in each case.
