When in Others > Indications, Information tab, the Management per Competencies field is set as 3-Activate without legacy, this window is not displayed.
Through this window it is possible to conclude, reopen or extent the performance and competency evaluations collectively (performance, excellence and Knowledge) for several workers.
Operation: Allows that the user may select if it desires to Conclude evaluations, Reopen evaluations or Extent evaluations.
The title of the evaluations grid to be Concluded/Reopened is changed to Evaluations to be Concluded, Evaluations to be Reopened or Evaluations to be Extended, depending on the selected operation. Also depending on the selected operation, after clicking the Show button, the Conclude, Reopen or Extent button are enabled.
Extension Date: This field is enabled when selecting the Extent Evaluation option, in the Operation field. The date when the evaluations must be extended must be reported.
The date reported in this field will be used on the windows to register the performance and competency evaluations (Knowledge, Performance and Excellence) when pressing the Extent button.
The extension is possible only for evaluations that are not included.
Cycle: Defines from which cycle the evaluations to be concluded, reopened and extended will be searched.
The cycle field is presented when the company is defined with the field from the General Definitions of Evaluation window Identifies Cycle equal to 1 or 2. It is also present on the Knowledge, Performance and Excellence evaluations window.
In the Trainings module, this field will be available only if the Jobs and Salaries module is integrated with the database.
Maturity (from/until): Define among which dates the evaluations will be searched.
Evaluation Checkbox: Choose to which types you want to perform the operation. And may be:

Ranges for Evaluators: Define, through the main ranges below, the evaluators of evaluations:
Ranges for Evaluated: Define, through the main ranges below, the evaluated workers of evaluations:
ID Number: When generating evaluations for one or more workers (through the Collective Generation of Evaluations window), they are identified by an Identification Number, that can be used here to conclude, reopen or extent collectively the evaluations generated with a same identifier.
