Consist of information from People

Menu: People> Consist of People

This screen makes it possible to adjust the register of People who have repeated data or different data between their links. This consistency can be made after running the Generate People routineGenerate People.

Information

The information which presents the repeated data is presented on this folder. The following criteria will be checked:

• People with the same CPF
• People with the same PIS
• People with the Same CTPS
• People with the same name and date of birth
• People with the same fields defined from the Configure button. The fields from table R033Pes (Sex, Person, Name, Nickname, Marital Status, CPF*, Birth Date, Birth City, Nationality, Education Level, among other...) can be made available in this field.

Indicate the field “Disregard Empty Fields” for not consider the fields which have no information.

In the first grade will be presented the results of consistency related to the criteria defined, that is, repeated data.

In the People grid, will be displayed people with repeated data and with the following treatment possibilities:

• Join - Select this column to consider the person data in the binding with worker or dependent. When only the Join column is selected for the person, it will be disregarded/eliminated when processing the routine.
• Keep - Select this column to keep the person on the database, binding it to the worker/dependent. For each repeated register, it is possible keeping only one.

Associations

In this folder will be checked people who are bonded to any type of worker, dependent or candidate. From the selected item, CPF* for example, the registered people bonded who have this different information will be presented in the grids.

The criteria available are:

• People with different CPF from linked records
• People with PIS different from linked records
• People with CTPS different from linked records
• People with Name / Date Nasc. different from linked records

In the People grid will be presented people who have the different data in relation to their bindings.

The records that may be Worker/Dependent or Candidate will be related in the Bonded Records grid. For these records, it is allowed three operations for adjusting the records, as follows:

1. Keep the same person - This option will keep the binding of this record (Worker/Dependent, Candidate) unchanged with the person.
2. Create new person - A new person will be created on the database for this register and the binding between them will be automatically generated.
3. Bind another person - Allows to bind this record to another person. In this case you will need to enter the code of the other person in the "Link with" field. Example:

• In the first record it has been found a third record on the database with different CPF*. In this case, since it is the same person, you should keep the same link and adjust the CPF field of the third party.
• In the second register was found a collaborator in the base with different CPF, however, as it is another person (namesake) you can create a new person for this register.
• In the third record it has been found a worker with different CPF*, however, allows pressing F3 in the Bind With column to call the Search window to bind another person to this record.
