Evolution of Balance per Position

This window will available when the reported position does not have vacancies available. Its functionality will be defined according to the configuration informed in the current vacancy plan or on the screen User Groups Settings.

Information about fields

Balance

Presents the balance of approved vacancies, considering the absences, requisitions and requests of vacancies.

Foreseen

Approved vacancies for the position in the respective dates/competencies.

Headcount

Presents the quantity of active workers assigned in the indicated position, with a type of activity parametrized to account the vacancy.

Absent

Quantity of workers absent from the indicated position. To account absences, the system considers if the worker situation is parametrized to consider absent workers from the headcount and its grace period, if there is.

Requisition

Presents the quantity of requisitions for the indicated position. The requisitions with In Definition or In Progress situation are accounted, with type of activity parametrized to account vacancy.

Request

Quantity of vacancy requests for the indicated position. The requests with In Progress situation are accounted, with type of activity parametrized to account vacancy.

Authorize Button

Allows to insert the indicated position by means of the use of user and password registered for the routine. It is enabled only if the plan of vacancies or the definition of the user group are configured to check the existing vacancies and allows to include by means of authorization. If disabled, the window will be presented only to report the existence of approved vacancies for the position and will not prevent movement.

After reporting the user and password, the process will be already authorized.
