Readjust Structures
It allows to readjust the values of salary structures.
At this point, only the salaries from the structure are being readjusted. The salaries from the records of workers bonded to this structure are not being changed.
Selection Button
The ranges for Class and Level are available in the Selection button. When using these options to readjust the salary structure, the system will generate on the new date only one of the classes and levels reported in the selection.
If on the previous date the structure is made up by classes 1,2,3 and 4 and in the readjustment it reports range of class = 2, a new date will be generated only with class 2.
Report the structure to be readjusted.
The type is used to identify the structure as below:
| 1 | Effective |
| 2 | Simulated |
| 3 | Research |
The date reported in this field must be an existing date in the structure information, because the adjustment will be applied on the salaries of this date.
Report the code of the new structure to be adjusted, in general it will be the same indicated in the basic structure. That is, it is the structure that will receive the adjusted salaries.
Report the date in which the register will be generated with the values of adjusted salaries. This date will go to the structure information, with the adjusted salaries.
Indicate the way to adjust the structure, which allows to use records with future date.
- Adjust only salary structure - It is the default behavior. Only the salary structure will be changed for the new date, according to the percentage reported by the user.
- Adjust the salary structure and salary records - Besides to update the salary structure, other windows which have future salary information are changed, since the class and level are reported.
Windows of modules which will be influenced by type 1
- Branch History (People Management | HCM - FR038HFI - Most Historical Guide) - All future records with class and level will be changed.
- Salary Record (Human Capital Management | HCM - FR038HSA) - All future records will be checked, in order to apply the adjustment. Will run the rule per process (17) which are indicated. Salary complements, rounding types, salary type, percentage of performance recalculation and readjustment will be performed.
- Salary Proposal (Jobs and Salaries - FR076PSA) - All future records will be checked, in order to apply the adjustment. It will execute rule by process (44) that are indicated and will be considered the complements of salaries, types of roundings and type of salary.
- Scenery Salary Record (Headcount - R195HSA) - All future records will be changed, in order to apply the adjustment. It will execute rule by process (771) that are indicated and will be considered the complements of wages, types of roundings, salary type changes.
- Requests (Recruitment and Selection - FR126RQU) - The system will change the salaries of requests with the Request Date field greater than the adjustment date of the salary structure and which have structure, class and salary level reported and will run the rule per process (215).
Comments:
- The entire process will be executed in a transaction and its result / inconsistencies will be written to Log (135).
- The rules per process used in other modules must be replicated to the CS module or to the module that performs the salary structure adjustment.
For the rule per process 215 - Change Request (Recruitment and Selection), the system uses the rule RSRG215.LSP. If the adjustment occurs in the Jobs and Salaries module, then, there must be a rule named CSRG215.LSP and with the same content as the rule run in the Recruitment and Selection module.
Indicate the code of the structure adjustment reason. This code will be kept in the record of salary structure adjustments.
There may be a regular salary and the complement value paid apart, this field determines which elements must be adjusted.
Determine how to integrate the application result due to the adjustment.
The reset value corresponds to $ 10.00 for the salary and $ 5.00 for the add-on. Have as current salary and $ 100 in addition to $ 50.
- Inform your self s, the salary increases to $ 115.00 and the complement is still $ 50.00, since it integrates salary readjustment.
- Inform your self W, the salary remains $ 100.00 and the complement goes to $ 65.00, as it integrates the adjustment to the complement.
- Inform your self I, the salary increases to $ 165.00 and the complement zera, because the salary integrates the complement and the adjustment.
- If reporting A, the salary goes to $ 100 and the add-on passes into $ 65, because it integrates the readjustment of each one.
Indicate the code corresponding to the desired rounding.

Indicate, when necessary, the code for a rule that will be used when the company wants that the salary calculation be total or partially different from the one that is being regularly calculated.
For this field, it is possible opting for one of these 3 types:
- Definition Window + Rule: in this option, firstly, the system will apply the adjustment definitions in the salary, which have been reported on the window (the value of these definitions will be put in the SalNivBas variable), and secondly, the rules (the value resulting from the rule definitions will be put in the SalNivRea variable).
- Rule + Definition: in this option occurs the opposite mentioned above; firstly, the system will apply the rule definitions in the salary (again, the result will be stored in the SalNivRea variable), and secondly, the adjustment definitions will be reported on the window.
- Only Rule: in this item, the system will consider only what has been reported in the rule (SalNivRea), ignoring definitions on the window.
Beginning of Range
Indicate the delimitation of adjustment per ranges of initial salary within the structure.
End of Range
Indicate the delimitation of adjustment per ranges of final salary within the structure.
Percentage
Indicate the percentage that will be used in this salary range.
Value to be Added
