Access permissions

In this option are registered the access permissions, whose function is to release or block the access of collaborators to certain collectors. After registering, the permissions must be informed in the employee's registration form, in the Access tab. In the cadastre of the permissions are informed the clocks in which the developer may or may not perform their markings. If the employee needs another permission, only for a limited period, it is possible to Exchanging Permission, under Contributor> Settings> Permissions.

When access is on-line, if the employee tries to access a sink without permission, access is denied. But if the access is off-line, the dialing is accepted. In order for these markings without permission to the collector not to be considered in the determination, Consider Markings Permission, in the General Settings of the Calculation, in Calculations> Calculation> Definitions> General, Charts tab.

Permission
Set a code for the permission. This code will be informed in the register of the employee.

Description
Enter the description for the permission.

Collectors

This grid should be informed the clocks that must belong to this permission.

Collector
Enter the watch code you wish to include in this permission. To find all registered watches, click on the button Search.

Collector groups

This grid can be informed groups ofCollectors, causing all registered in the Group informed Collectors are included in this permission. Collector Groups are registered in Collectors> Collectors Groups.

Group
Enter the code of the Collectors Group whose members are to be included in this permission.
