Change of Apportionment

The assessment Exchange programming allows the assessment of the developer's source for a certain period. It can be used by companies who wish to prorate the working hours of employees, but they do not own watches different to differentiate the workplace. During the period of assessment, all hours of the developer will be cleared with the informed assessment code in programming.

The programming of exchange of Apportionment giving the opening and closing hours. In this way, you can have multiple schedules of exchange of Apportionment in the same day.

Important

When the end time is zero, the programming is considered till 00:00 (end of day) of the end date, and not until the end of the journey. This concept is especially important for nocturnal schedules (timetables whose journey starts on one day and ends the next day).

Worker Enter the registration of the employee whose apportionment will be exchanged.

Start Time Enter the start time of the apportionment exchange. When the schedule is valid for the whole day, it is not necessary to inform the start time.

End Date
Enter the end date of the pro rata exchange schedule.

Note

The system will suggest the end date equal to the Initial date, when the setting in the determination setting, in the field Obligate Final Date in Schedules, is set to "Y - Yes".

Apportionment
Enter the code of the new apportionment to which the employee will belong during the stipulated period. During the period in which the programming, every hour from the developer will be cleared in this assessment

Note

If the company uses Apportionment by Cost Center, the apportionments will consist of according to the period of the Cost Center registered in Company> C. Cost.
