Manage Schedules
The Manage Schedules can be used to treat the change of schedules schedules more practice. On the window are the employees, according to user-defined scope, and the timetables provided for day to day. You can view up to 30 days within the active calculation. After selecting the period and scope the user should click the button Show to display the data on the screen. To make the exchange of schedules schedules simply enter the code of the new schedule in the day desired. By clicking the Record the system will include, on changed days, the time changes for the reported times.
On the window to manage Schedules can also call a menu with the main programming and verification information. To do this, click with the right mouse button within the grid. Each of these items has a shortcut key, which is shown in the menu itself. When you select one of them, will open its window with the data of the selected developer, and the date on which it was effected the right-click. You can also access this menu via the Other Screens, whose shortcut key is Alt + Z.
There is a consistency to show a maximum of 1000 employees. When this number is exceeded, a message will be displayed prompting the user to indicate a range by the button Selection". You can use the rule per process 142 - Consistency per Contributor on the Manage Schedules screen to consist of changes made by the user. For this the variables HorAlt and HorIni must be used. Click on their names to view an example of how to use them. If you use the function >message> with the parameter >Returns> in this rule, when the user makes a change to the time code and click directly on the >Burn>, the first click will not save the changes, click the button again. This occurs because of a limitation imposed by Windows. This same situation occurs when the rule 142 is debugged.
Just below the grid are shown the following fields:
- Description of the position of the collaborator;
- Number of holidays per employee (If on the scale you are informed Type of Holiday = "N" or "F", the number of holidays in the table informed in the employee's branch will be shown. If on the scale you are informed Type of Holiday = "P", the number of holidays in the table will be shown on the scale itself).
If on the scale you are informed Type of Holiday = "F", and the branch has different night and day tables, the system will consider the time shift predominant in the scale to select the table that will be used in the count of the holidays;- Number of Sundays per employee (Sundays proper, not DSR);
- Scale code on date;
- Hours in the month of the second date scale.
You can check the last selected date on the screen through the DatSelGHr variable, and you can use it in the rules by process 116 - Change in the Manage Times and 142 - Consistency per Employee in the Manage Schedules screen, or even include a button to call the rule in Calculations> Calculation> Settings> Manage Time.
The days are shown in different colors when they are spaced out (red), cleared (blue) or cleared (green).
The choice of colours is followed the order described above. The days that have overtime authorization are displayed in bold, respecting the colors mentioned above. For example, a day that has clearance and overtime authorization will be displayed in red and bold.
Manage Schedules In this grid are related employees, according to the scope defined in the Selection button, with the timetables provided for day-to-day. To change the schedule simply click on the desired day and select the schedule. After making all changes click on the record button. For each schedule changes will be created one time Exchange programming. It is possible to include and modify the settings of an Exchange. The exclusion of programming can be made through the menu of programming, which can be accessed by clicking with the right mouse button within the grid.
Important
For a period with intermittent scale it is not possible to make time changes.
Settings button Opens a configuration screen that allows you to select whether to display the fields in the grid Office, Branch, Local and Function , besides allowing to set a default value for the field Contributor type.
This button will only be displayed if "S" is entered in the field Setup button Calculations> Calculation> Calculations> Calculations> Calculation> Calculations> Calculation
