Maintenance
This option is performed maintenance meals and reservations made by the developers.
The maintenance window displays the reservations and the consumptions made, date and time, the quantity or weight, the value of the meal, watch, function and the origin of marking.
Demand To facilitate searching, in this field, enter the name, record, or the developer's site to be selected in accordance with the option checked in the field Ordering. Then click the Search or double-click to run the selection.

Meal
Meal code, the control of point and Cafeteria meal code identifies the clock, function and marking time.
Use
When the clocking events is electronics using the meal is set in the calculation or Recalculation of markings, may be:
- 1 - Consumption - Corresponds to a meal consumption, without subsidy. Its value is the normal value of the meal.

- 5 - Subsidized Consumption - It occurs in two ways, but only if the meal has subsidy: a) Meals with reservation: It will be subsidized consumption if there is a reservation and until arriving at the number of subsidized defined in the register of the meal or definitions of the refectory. b) meals without reservation: will be subsidized consumption until the number of funded defined in the register of the meal or definitions of the cafeteria.
Hour
Schedule the appointment. If the marking is performed on an out-of-band time set in the meal, this mark shall be disregarded for the cafeteria. If the clocking events being entered the time informed should also be within the range set for the reservation or consumption.
unity
You cannot change the unit of meal, or inform a different drive when you type a clocking events . This information can only be changed in the meal register (Canteen> Meals).
Description

Amount
Electronic tagging or typed that have this field to zero corresponds to a. The amount can be entered in the maintenance or via watch to indicate how many meals were held. Meal Value
The meal value is calculated by reading the markings, in the dining room recalculation (Type 2), and in this screen when the button is clicked Record. The value of the meal corresponds to the use of the meal.
Site
Site used to carry out the clocking events .
Collector
Sink used to perform the clocking events . It is not possible to inform the watch for typed with Site reset.
Function
Function used to perform the clocking events . For typed cannot enter the Site reset.
Origin
The origin of the meal marking can be "E - Electronics" or "D - Typed". The origin of marking can be changed on the window.

Procedures for inclusion of meal:
Include a meal consumption to a reservation without consumption:
Click the button Insert to open a line, or use the
Page Down to scroll to the last dial or use the scroll bar to place the reservation without power. In the Meal column enter the meal code or select the B2 the grid or F3.
The use of the meal, in this case should be "3 - Consumption without Reservation" so that the system finds the reservation without consumption.
Inform the date and time corresponding to this consumption.

The changed markings will have their origin changed to "D - Typed". In fact, the electronic tagging is not changed, she becomes just a marking of access, does not belong more to the cafeteria, included a new clocking events like electronics, but with origin entered. If a recalculation is performed, these electronic markings that have changed will reappear on the Maintenance screen.
To exclude markings, position the cursor on the markup line and type Ctrl + Delete. The clocking events excluded through the maintenance window are still in the database like access clocking events , but are not related to the developer. If this is done again with >0> type these clocking events they appear on maintenance again.
