Recalculate

Recalculates the "A" source journal entries, the maximum date for compensation, the limits and the compensation for the selected employees in the scope. To recalculate the Bank of hours is necessary to inform a date from which the recalculation should be effected, and select the items to be recalculated:

Recalculate the Bank of hours is required when there is a change in the Bank's name, for example, has changed the compensation period. Or to set the release of the Bank in the event of any inconsistency.

The recalculation routine does not read the Moment Compensation in the time bank settings. The compensation will occur regardless of whether the compensation is by calculation or by Items Generation.

Start Date Enter a date from which recalculation should be performed. To recalculate the previous months you must select the calculation.

New Releases
"S" report to recalculate the originated entries "A - Calculation". If "Yes" is recalled, recalculates entries with source "A", the maximum date for compensation, limits and compensation (Tables R011LAN and R011EST).

Compensation Date "S" report to recalculate the maximum date for hour compensation. If "Yes" is entered, recalculates the maximum date for compensation and compensation (Table R011LAN).

Limits Report "S" to recalculate maximum credit and debit limits. The limit can be Daily, Weekly, Monthly or per period and is informed on the registration of the Bank of Hours in the tab. If it is changed, for example from daily to monthly, it is necessary to recalculate the hours of the Bank, pointing out this option. If you indicate "Yes", recalculate the limits and compensation (Tables R011LAN and R011EST).

Compensation
Report "S" to recalculate the compensation of the hours performed in the bank. If you indicate "Yes", only recalculates the compensation (Table R011LAN).

Delete Generated Postings Report "S" if you want to delete the postings generated in the integration. The system will delete all launches generated by the integration from the Initial Date entered in the first field of this screen and according to the range defined in the button Selection.
