Configurations
On this window are defined which fields should appear on the window ratio of Individual Adjustments. The setting is a per-user basis.
The field will not be shown Contributor type, only employees and fields will be shown. Register, Name, Nickname , Location Code and Location Description.
Contributor Type
The employee type may be hidden. This can be used when a user only works with third party (2 Contributor type), or employee (Employee type 1). Every time the user hits enter the window, the system will get the employees as defined in the configuration.
Standard value
Inform the workertype that must be shown every time you hit the window is opened. It can be specified that it is type "1 - Employee", for example. In this case, if the Contributor type is not marked, when accessing the screen of hits will show only the employees, without the possibility of selecting third parties or partners.
Available Fields In this column are the available fields to be shown in the window ratio of hits. So that the fields are shown, it is necessary to move them to the selected fields column, using the buttons:
- > - Moves only the selected field from the Available Fields column to the Selected Fields column.
- >> - Moves all fields from the Available Fields column to the Selected Fields column.
- < - Moves only the selected field from the Selected Fields column to the Available Fields column.
- << - Moves all fields from the Selected Fields column to the Available Fields column.
Selected Fields The fields found in this column are the fields that will be displayed on the window ratio of hits. If no item is selected, the system will display only the default fields in the hit screen: Register and Name. These two fields will always be shown, and are not available for configuration.
Save setting
Allows you to save the configuration of the fields as below:
- Individual - Saves the current search setting to the current user only.
- As standard -setting current research Becomes the default setting for all users. The configuration saved individually by each user will be erased and the current configuration will be applied to all.
- For all users -saves the current search configuration for all users by changing the default setting. Do not overwrite the settings already saved individually for each user.
- Only the Master user can use the >Default Options> and >for all users>. For the other users will only be available to >Individual>.
- If there are no default settings (registered using the options "As Default" or "For All Users") or individual for the user, only the basic fields are displayed: Register and Name. In this case, it will be necessary for the user to access the selection window and select the fields that you want to view.
