Employee - Communication
Through this window is possible to register, change or delete the communication held with internal candidates. In addition, the option enables the sending of emails to candidates.
Important
The combination of candidate, date and time must be unique, because it is possible that there is a contact at a time with every candidate.
Request
If desired, enter the requisition number to which the candidate is associated.
You can only save the communication when the requisition situation reported is 1-In-progress and the logged in user has access permission on request.
Sent/Received
It is mandatory to select one of two options.
Address/Number
This is a required field and serves to inform the address, email or phone number to contact with up to 255 characters.
Based on the record of the candidate, the system suggests the following options for the field:
- address
- phone 1
- 2 phone
- private e-mail
- commercial e-mail
- email addresses of additional plug from the developer.
However, it is possible to inform other data such as:
- Subject-can be described with up to 100 characters.
- Text-can be described with up to 40000 characters.
Buttons
Attach
Through this button you can attach a file to the registry.
Access URL
Through this button you can access the web address filled in the field Address/Number, if any.
Send email
Through this button you can send an e-mail to the candidate, by the system itself, being that:
- The sender of this email is the one configured as the default for the RS module.
- The recipient's address in the Address/number field.
- The subject is the same set in the communication.
- The text of the email is the same as defined in the Text of the communication.
- When communication has an attachment, it is sent with the email.
- When the email is sent, the window displays the date and time of sending.
