Appointment successful candidates for Vacancy

This query is in the search of candidates not enforced on requisitions completed similar to the reported request. The term request similar requests to the same site and post. This grid will be presented requests in which the candidate of the grid above was selected by sorting/setting but was not admitted, IE is in situations 1-active in the process or 8-selected does not Admitted.
