Generation of Steps

On this window will be raised collectively the steps of internal and external candidates as the steps defined in the request. Medical exams are generated also informed the Requirement exams, if the step has the activity Type = 3 (medical examinations).

Besides generating the historic steps in Employees > Steps and candidates will be generated also Steps > medical > Exams and candidates in Employees > Exams with the field source Module = recruitment and selection, Origin = Admission (if the candidate has no records of tests with type 1 origin-Admission) or journal (in other cases), and the Examination Situation = requested. In addition, a link is created between the stage and the examination (s) doctor (s) through the fields of the table R108RES (Exam Results): CodRqu (request Code), CodEta (step) and SeqEta (Step Sequence).

For the management of selective processes, will be distributed at random the evaluators of the steps being generated when these are defined in the register of the step.

From an informed request, may be selected some steps and candidates.

Grid Steps

Candidate Grid

In the grid, Candidates will be presented the internal and external candidates for each step and will be generated as the column assignment Considering.
