Assignment History

Allows you to assign a contributor (only of type 1-employee) for a company/subsidiary registered in the base or for another company, just informing the CNPJ.

Confirm Button

Confirms the transfer history. When you click this button, if the transfer is to a company/subsidiary registered in the base, the system will:

• Generate a new worker's admission in the company where was ceded;
• Generate a clearance by reason of transfer in the register of company ceded the worker, if the burden is only the transferee;
• Generate a record of branch in the target company.

Type of charge x sheet calculation

It is important to make the necessary adjustments to the calculation of the sheet is effected by the correct company.

Example:

If a transfer is made from a worker with charge to the vendor, it is necessary to register a clearance for the worker in the target company (unpaid leave, for example) being calculated the leaf in the company that is receiving the worker.

Type Assignment

Define whether the assignment is for public servants or for union mandate.

Assignee Type

Please state whether the employee will be assigned to a company that is in the system or a company that is out of the system.

If the worker is given to a company within the system, when there is a termination of the contract of the employee in the company, the assignee of the transfer record will be updated automatically with the date of termination.

When the worker is given to a company that is not in the system, the only way to finish this assignment is stating a date in the End Date field in the transfer history.

Loan Assignment

Please state whether the cost is of the transferor, the transferee or transferor and transferee.

Compensation Burden

Field enabled only when Loan Assignment is assigned "1 - Assignor" or "3 - Assignor and Assignee". The choice of this field is recorded in the admission information of the target employee when the assignment occurs by the system.

Compensation pay

Inform the person responsible for the remuneration of the employee during the trade union term, being the employer, the union or both.

Situation Removal

Please state the situation corresponding to the employee's removal.

For assignments of trade union mandate, this field shall be compulsory only if the Compensation pay for "2 - Only of the Union". In other cases, filling in is optional.

Send to eSocial

This field has the purpose of sending all the assignment history to eSocial. It will be available for change when the field Compensation pay you have the options "1- Only the Employer" and "3- Employer, the difference and / or salary complement paid by the Union", in these cases the sending to the eSocial will be optional. When informing the option "2 - Only of the Union, the sending to eSocial will be automatic".

End Date

Notify an end to transfer when it is for a company from outside the system (Transferee Type = "2-out of the system"). The informed date must be greater than start date.

If the transfer is to a company within the system (Assignee Type = "1-within the system") the field will be disabled and will be filled in automatically when it is calculated a termination for the employee in the company that received the worker assigned.

When is informed a finish date for the assignment, either manually or through a termination, the end date of departure (if there is one) will be updated automatically with the date of termination of the assignment history.

Destiny

Here must be informed of the assignment target data. This guide will only be enabled when the Assignee Type field is "1-within the system".
