Change Health Plan Deduction
On this window are recorded separately the monthly values of insurance and medical expenses for Holder and dependent.
When staff administration and Benefits are integrated, this information is generated automatically per the Integration routine. Otherwise, must be registered manually in personnel administration.
The FPDI003 model. ANU allows Conference of values, and the FPIM00053 model allows importation of health plan discounts.
For the correct generation of eSocial S-1200, S-1202, S-2200 and S-2399, the information registered in this screen must have a heading of type "9219 - Medical or dental care discount".
Indicate the type of worker.
Notify the employee record that has discounted plans.
Enter the year in which the payments to register or consult the values.
- Insurer: insurance code health care provider from the worker. Insurance companies are registered in companies > Other > Companies Register;
- Calculation: the calculation code on which the discount. Giving only calculations whose competence is part of the base year indicated;
- Payment: the payment date shown in the calculation;
- Deduction value: value of the discount of the holder;
- Co-Participaç value: value of the co-participation of the holder informed per health plan regarding the surplus values collected monthly. It is not obligatory to separate this value, which can be informed per the field Value Deduction, because in total only taken Charge with the sum of the two fields.
- Report: value of the discount health plan.
- Notify Reimbursement: reimbursement amount of health plan.
Example:
Co-participation in medical consultation: the contract is expected to be charged, in addition to the monthly fee, an additional value of $ 10.00 per consultation .
- Dependent: registration code of the dependent;
- Insurer: insurance code health plan provider dependent. Insurance companies are registered in companies > Other > Companies Register;
- Calculation: the calculation code on which the discount. Giving only calculations whose competence is part of the base year indicated;
- Payment: the payment date shown in the calculation;
- Value Deduction: the discount amount dependent;
- Co-Participaç value: value of coparticipation dependent informed per health plan for the surplus to the tuition charged values. It is not obligatory to separate this value, which can be informed per the field Value Deduction, because in total only taken Charge with the sum of the two fields.
- Report: value of the discount health plan.
- Notify Reimbursement: reimbursement amount of insurance.
