Intermittent Activation
On November 14, 2017, Law 13467/17 was published, announcing the modality of intermittent contracts and, later, Provisional Measure (MP) nº 808, bringing the rules for workers governed by these contracts.
Currently the subject of intermittent contracts requires a definitive opinion of the Government on its permanence.
Therefore, we will make available a activation password, obtained on demand, which must be inserted in this screen for the implementation to take effect in the system.
Important
Due to the impacts and uncertainty about the future of the Provisional Measure, the menus and system routines dealing with the intermittent contract will only be available as soon as the password is inserted in this screen.
This password is obtained with the Senior and the use of the routine will be released by signing a specific contract.
