Request

Allows to request registration of the medical examination or laboratory. The request can be informed individually or generated for a group of chips via the option Generate request. From the Print button you can print the request.

In the exam request record you can use the following rules per process:

13°	Insert Request Tests
535	Change Request Tests
536	Delete Exam Request

Important

The rules executed by this screen will be identified with a value of 1 in the OriOpeExa system variable.

Examination Authority

Inform the entity where is the exam. This entity must be registered in Companies / Other Companies / Cadastre.
