Application of vaccine

In this option the application of vaccines will be registered manually or automatically by the request generation. The auto-generated applications will be identified by the number displayed to the right of the window. When the application is made, the expiration date will be displayed in the dose that will be calculated on the basis of the record of the vaccine (examination).

Attendant
Matches the code clerk who applied the vaccine to the patient. Will be obeyed the criterion defined in the "Request Data/results" located in Medicine/Folder Permissions Settings, i.e. the value 1 only registered user can change or 2-without restriction, in the latter camp is available to inform code of attending during the inclusion or change the registry. This information is optional when there is no user restrictions.

Batch Id This lot refers to the manufacturing batch of the drug, printed on their packaging. You can register a batch with up to 20 characters.

Due Date This information is generated automatically when the dose of the vaccine is carried out. Will be designed the expiration date of the registration-based dose of medicine, vaccine or folder as the window frequency, when detailing the periodicity.

When the last shot has validity, in the cadastre of medicine-vaccine in the folder field Validity of last dose should be informed 999. The expiration date will be presented with zeros and beside the description ' Indeterminate '.
