TUSS - Supplemental Health Unified Terminology

Registration screen for grouping the codes belonging to Table 22 (Terminology of health procedures and events) of the TUSS (Unified Health Terminology Supplementary). This table is responsible for standardizing the names of medical procedures, developing a common clinical coding in the health area.

Relationship with eSocial

This registration is used to generate the eSocial non-periodic layout file S-2220, an event that details the worker's health monitoring information throughout the employment relationship, as well as the supplemental exams to which it has been submitted.

Fields

This register is maintained according to Table 22 of TUSS, therefore its fields have the table as reference, composed by a term, its code and description, beyond the period of validity and date of completion of the implementation.
