Distribution query PPE-per employee

Allows the query per employee of PPEs delivered, and returned.

List Two options can be used to present the data in the grid:

Delivered: by indicating this field will be available the period to be informed as well as the possibility to consider the PPEs returned to be presented in the grid purple in color.
Pending: when displaying this field will be available only to the Reference Date which means that from that date will be checked the situations of PPE. The information presented in the grid can be listed through the PPE and PPE Distribution Protocol buttons.

Order/Reference Date Period When the Outstanding field is indicated, the field will be replaced with the Reference Date Period. From this date will be considered the PPE.

EPI's Returned
Select this check box to consider the delivered and returned EPIs that will be displayed in the grid in purple. This option will be enabled when the listing is for EPIs delivered in a given period.

Only EPI's Predicted
Select this check box to consider only the EPIs intended for distribution between the grid records. When this option is selected, the column Foreseen of the grid EPIit will be hidden.

PPE Grid Will present on the grid the PPE ' s according to informed definitions on the window.

Situation
Corresponds to the situation of the PPE:

Free Delivery-occurs when there is no delivery forecast of PPE, that is, the employee is not a fireman, the PPE is not defined by Location, job title, Job and employee. In the delivery of this PPE is displayed the message: "the worker has no forecast for this PPE. Do you want to continue? "
Activity - occurs when the PPE is indicated for delivery in PPE by Place, Position, Place / Position, Collaborator and has already been delivered but is not yet expired.
Firefighter - occurs when the employee is registered as a firefighter and there are PPE indicated by brigade or function.
Not delivered - occurs when the PPE is indicated for delivery in PPE by Place, Position, Place / Position, Collaborator and has not yet been delivered.
Delivered won-occurs when the PPE was delivered and the same was not returned for review, namely, when the date of validity of the PPE has already expired and the PPE has not yet been delivered.
Defeated future delivery-occurs when the PPE has a delivery date greater than the reference date. This date corresponds to the date of the delivery period.
Example:
PPE (disposable) delivered in 10/1/2005. The same PPE was redelivered in 12/1/2005. This PPE is valid until 10/26/2005. So, if the end date of the period requested in the query window or in the model of distribution of PPE is later than the expiration date and prior to the date of delivery of the PPE (12/1/2005), will be presented this reason.

Provided for
Identifies whether the PPE is an PPE that was predicted to be distributed as defined in security/PPE/PPE by/Local, title, Location/Position and collaborator.

Validity
Corresponds to the expiration date of the PPE. Obeying the sequence of windows, considers the days last PPE window per employee, PPE by location and job title, location, PPE PPE for capacity and finally the PPE (days validity). When is a PPE which belongs to a group of equivalence, is assumed to be the amount of days, validity of the PPE itself and not the equivalent.

Revision
Corresponds to the days when the PPE must undergo a review. Obeying the sequence of windows, considers the days last PPE window per employee, PPE by location and job title, location, PPE PPE for capacity and finally the PPE (Days of review). When is a PPE which belongs to a group of equivalence, is assumed to be the amount of days review of the own PPE and not equivalent.

Instruction
Displays "Yes" when the worker has in its record the course required for use.

Qt. Dirty bit.
Quantity returned of the PPE that is damaged. In this case will not be considered for the balance.

It is possible to list the information on this window in reports, through the ProcessaDistribuicaoPPE programmer function. If this function is called in a report, the ordering of the fields will be made via the parameter "TipOrd".
