Start Period
The projections of exams that are equal to or greater than this date will be displayed in the query.
Note
To determine the age of the contributor in the creation of the exam will be considered based on the start date of the period.
Example:
Collaborator with date of birth in 1/1/1980. Date of admission to 3/5/1998. Has a single examination in 3/6/1998 (admission) with informed opinion. In the record of this review consists in the field: 10 Months. In the field age group smaller and Smaller Age reportedly Months respectively 19 and 6 months. In the initial period is reported to date 1/1/1999 and end 6/30/2005. The system starts checking the age of the employee on this day. In 1/1/1999 the worker completed 19 years so will not be considered the periodicity of 6 but of 10 months as in the Normal Months field. The date of generation for the next exam will be 1/6/1999 with the reason.
Assuming that the date of the initial period was 12/31/1998. On this date the worker hasn't completed 19 years hence is smaller. In this case the test is generated in 3/6/1999 that is, considered the periodicity of 6 months from the last test generated (3/6/1998). Generated internally a projection in 9/6/1998 and later the 3/6/1999 survey.
Final Period The tests are designed by this date will be displayed in the query.
Consider Tests
This field will indicate to the generation of requests which date shall be considered to get the tests. The routine then will seek all the exams on the date reported assets and this will consider the finish dates of each registered exam as periodical and the end date of the PCMSO.
This field will only be enabled for the generation of periodic inspections and Layoffs. The generation of Admission examinations, and transfer of Prior Resignation will consider the exams on the date of generation assets. This option is only enabled if the field Medical Record/Definitions PCMSO, PCMSO folder is with Yes.

The same criterion applies to the exceptions from the worker informed in journals/collaborator. These exceptions correspond to periods where the tests will not be raised.
Example 2:
He was nominated for an exam x, an exception for the period 1/1/2005 to 12/31/2005. On the window to generate request was informed the period 1/1/2005 to 12/20/2005. In the field Consider Tests was nominated to be dealt with by the Final Period-in this case the hypothetical examination will not be raised because in 12/20/2005 the exception was still on. If prompted for the period 1/1/2005 Initial generation, the examination would be generated. In the final period of the generation was informed 1/1/2006, the examination would also be generated because the exception would cover this date.
Exam Date This field allows all the tests to be generated have a pre-set date. The date of the next test will be generated according to the data reported in this field.
Note
To determine the age of the contributor will be considered this date and not that informed the early period.
Maturity Examination
Report the amount of months to be considered before the date of generation of the exam. The results of tests that won (were requested) for the last few months should be considered in the appointment of the next tests.
Request Inform the request code to generate the scans of the admitted. This field is only enabled if the Admission Source field is marked. If the field remain without information, the routine will look for all candidates who are with the situation 1-active in the process (R122CEX. SitCex = 1) and which are not enforced in any request (R126CPE).
Consider Situation Indicate whether the system should consider the current date or date of generation of the exam to check the situation of employees related to medical records. You can only change the value of this field when a scope of situation is informed, through the Selection button.
