An Appointment

This option allows the consultation of appointments within the several specialties in the health area, where it is possible to determine: range of dates, times, and attendant medical records to be considered, as well as other coverage from Selection button.

Start Time
Leaving blank all schedules will be considered.

End time
Leaving blank all schedules will be considered.

Situation

• Scheduled-indicate this field when an appointment is scheduled for the agenda;
• Held-indicate this field when there is a pre or registered service for an appointment;
• Cancelled-indicate this field when the appointed time for the agenda are on the State canceled

Scheduling Type

• Query-display this field when the reason of scheduling is a medical consultation, return, etc.;
• Other-indicate this field when the reason of scheduling is a meeting, etc.

Type of Service

• Health care-indicate this field when the service is of assistance type-will be presented in the grid in blue;
• -Indicate this field when occupational staff of Occupational type-will be presented at the Green Grid;
• No ID-indicate this field when dealing with other types of care-will be displayed in red color.

Historical
In the grid will be presented the timetables marked, in accordance with the time period, schedule and attendant pre-selected.
