Convert Instructors

This procedure allows you to convert the records of employees who are in condition of instructor for the registration of the corresponding person.

This conversion will be copied the records from the tables of employees for tables of people, as follows:

R128INS (Improvement Courses - Instructor) for R128INP (Improvement Courses - Instructor (People)) - Screen available in Training> Courses> Instructors.
R134INS (Classes - Instructors) for R134INP (Classes - Instructors (People)) - Screen available in Training> Classes> Define - Instructors folder.
R134EIN (Classes - Exception Instructors) for R134EIP (Classes - Exception Instructors (People)) - Screen available in Training> Classes> Define - Instructors folder - Exceptions button.
R134DCI (Calendar Training Courses - Instructors) to R134DCP (Calendar Training Courses - Instructors (People)) - Screen available in Training> Calendar> Register
R135OIN (Timetable Availability - Instructor) for R135PES (Availability of Time - Person) - Screen available in Training> Availability> Instructor - folder Day Week
R135OIC (Time Availability - Obs Instructor for competence) for R135PCO (Availability of Time - Obs Person for competence) - Screen available in Training> Availability> Instructor - Competency folder.
R135DIN (Time Availability - Instructor) for R135PED (Availability Time - Person - Periods) - Screen available in Training> Availability> Instructor - folder Day Week.
R135DIC (-Hours Availability p/Instructor competence) for R135PCD (-Hours Availability Person p/competence). Fabric available in > Training > Instructor Availability-folder.

Through the Log button, allows you to view the details of the conversion as: comprehensiveness used, tables processed and possible errors that may occur during processing. If there are any error or user cancellation (Cancel button), the process will be interrupted and the changes will be undone, as can be seen in the Log. Later the Log can be found at Various Log Processing > > under the processing type 129.

This routine is intended for customers who want to use people as instructors.
