When in Miscellaneous> Assignments, Record tab, in the field Competency Management is set to "3 - Enable without legacy", this screen is not displayed.
Through this consultation, you can visualize all employees of the company, with the respective requirements required by their position or technical skill. The requirements that appear in "red" are those listed as requirement for the position or skill developer, but not yet granted. Already the requirements in "black", are those that the developer already owns.
Example:
On equivalence of courses will be presented in the grid, the course Requirements that are registered in the history of the developer or have another course equivalent (registered in the Group of equivalence of the requirement) and will feature the color red when you do not have the course in your history and also in a group of equivalent course.
As requirements for the position, can also be used in the management of ISO/quality training through the improvement course reviews that match your content updates.
To get the course requirements of each employee, the routine follows the following rule:
- Search registered Course requirements at the site of the developer/organization chart/Local Tables. In the Requirement column the description will be displayed (Local);
- Check the Local requirements/charge (except Position) in tables/Positions/requirements per location/Position, if there is any record to the location and Position of the Employee. If found, the routine checks to see if there are registered in the Course requirements of Skills Abilities specified in the Exception of Position, requirements and also the requirements of registered course directly in the exception of positions, that is, in the directories, training and Knowledge. When the same course informed on exception of cargo or Cargo requirement in tables/Positions/requirements, and the technical skill will prevail the course requirement you are informed on the technical skill of the corresponding Block. In the Prerequisite column the description (Exception Charge) will be presented;
- If the location and Position of the Employee are not registered in the exception of Position, the requirements shall be deemed to be those of the developer's Office in tables/Offices/Positions. The routine checks the registered Course requirements in the skills of the registered Skills blocks for the post and also the course requirements in Tables/Positions/requirements. In the Requirement column the description (Skills) or (Position) will be displayed.
- Check the function of the historical collaborator when there is, if the criteria of the survey are noted. Allows this way, consider simultaneously registered per Local requirements, capacity and technical ability blocks. In the column Requirement will be presented description (Post-history of function).
Reservations for the courses can be generated automatically via the Booking button, located at the bottom of the window. Will only be possible, if in the Indications window, the Reserve Administration field Course is indicated 1-per participant.
In the grid, the historic fabric of courses, training and knowledge, can be accessed per pressing the history button or per double-clicking on the record of the grid requirements. If there is inclusion, amendment or deletion of course, to return to the grid, the course will be presented in purple color identifying that there has been any change in the requirement.
By the Criteria button enables you to set the mode that will be used in the analysis of the information.

Ordering Choose by which column the user wants to sort the results, by name or register.
