Organization Chart Structure

It allows to register the organization charts used by each company. It determines the quantity of hierarchical levels and positions (divisions existing at the same level) of the company org. units structure.

Each company may have a different org. unit structure. The definition is made in the company information, where it is stipulated at what date the Organization Chart is valid.

In the site structure the company can define whether to use a mask in the organization chart and if it wants its employees to be allocated at a determinable level of the structure.

By default, all level fields support setting up to 12 levels in the organgorama. This can be changed by field New Structure of Locations the Assignments screen (FR000ASS). However, it is not natively enabled on the system, assuming the default value. If you need to use it, please contact Senior Account Executive.

It is not possible using on local SGI windows which belong to a structure different from that used in the active company. It occurs because the SGI performs validation of the org. units always based on the structure used by the active company.

After creating the structure, the definition of the Uses Mask field cannot be changed. If the user needs to change, it will have to create a new organization chart.

Organization chart

Inform the code of the organization chart you want to register or consult. This code will be linked to the company information that will use it.

The structure that has the mask will have, in the registration of each new node, the code of the parent node as identification.

The 01 code corresponds to the parent node of the sub-node 1. The 01 code corresponds to the sub-node nickname.
To the structure that does not use the mask each sub-node entered from the org. chart will have a code (nickname) independent on the parent node.

Workers Level

Inform at which level of the organizational structure's site structure the employees should be registered. If the workers can be registered in all levels, leave this field blank.

Notes:
  • It will not change the Workers Level when there are already workers registered in nodes from different levels. This verification will only be done for the current Organization Chart and if the reported level is different from zero.
  • The organization chart can have up to 12 levels.

Headcount Level

The Headcount Level indication is used to indicate on which level of the org. unit structure, the headcount control (forecast and permanent) will be done. If the Headcount Level is as 4 and the company has node "1.2.3.4.5","1.2.3.4.5", all forecast and permanent will be allocated on the 1.2.3.4 node. The same will occur with any node that have four or more levels, that is, the system will group the headcount on the fourth level of the org. chart.

:

  • This field will be available in all modules when there is integration with QL.
  • When the Headcount Level is equal to 1 it will allow to keep the Workers field with 0(zero). If the Headcount Level is greater than 1, then the Workers Level must be equal to or greater than the Headcount Level field.
    "Headcount Level = 1" - it will accumulate vacancies in node 1.
    "Worker Level = 0" - it will allow to allocate the workers on any level, even on 1, which will enable the grouping of permanent vacancies.

Branch Level

Indicate at what level of the organization chart the employees will be considered in the budget calculation routines and in the module SM only in the programmer function ReturnFileNiv.

ERPP/PCMSO Level

Indicate in which org. chart level the workers will be considered, in the registration of the ERPP exams for the PCMSO.

PHS Level

It aims to determine what level of the org. chart org. unit the PHS (Prevention Safety and Health) groups (Security > PHS > Group) will be registered, as well as in the registration of PHS participants, where it will even be accepted those who are on group sub-levels.
