Associate User to the Worker
This window allows to create a new user for the worker, or that it be associate to an user already existing. It is possible to associate more than one user to the same worker.
When deleting an user, who was associated to a given worker, through the User Management System, to clean the Users of Workers table (R034USU), the model FPGE006.GER - Clening of Users must be listed in Companies > List > Managerial.
Report if a new user must be created to the selected worker:
| Code | Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Do not create User to the Worker | It indicates that a new user must not be created for this worker. |
| 2 | Create with Individual Range (Company/Type/Information) | A new user with range will be created only for the worker company/type/information associated to it. That is, this user may view only the data related to the worker to which it has been associated. |
| 3 | Create with Org. Unit Range (Including Parent Node) | A new user will be created, who may view only the org. unit in which the worker associated to it is allocated, as well as all org. units under it. Example: if the worker who is being associated is allocated in the node 1.1.2, the org. unit range will be created as 1.1.2==. |
| 4 | Create with Org. Unit Range (Excluding Parent Node) | A new user will be created, who may view only org. units which are below that in which the worker associated to it is allocated. Example: if the worker who is being associated is allocated in the node 1.1.2, the org. unit range will be created as 1.1.2>. |
| 5 | Create with Range of Worker, Org. Unit and Branch | A new user will be created with range to the worker’s information, org. unit and branch to which it has been associated. |
| 6 | Create User without Range | A new user without any type of range will be created. |
The coverage relative to the associated employee will always be defined as a new condition, isolated from the others.
After informing how the user should be created, click on Create User to open the screen with the properties of the user being created. When clicking the OK button from this window, the creation of user will be carried out. To conclude the association of the created user to the worker, click Change.
If required only associating the worker to a user already existing, without creating a new one, the user must report option 1 in Create User and fill out the fields in the grid, as follows:
User

- When using the routine per workstation, users with a "1 - Do not Create User for Contributor" type association will not be covered in the Point Management module screens.
- When you change or delete a record from the column Create user in the grid, the system checks whether there is a current or future substitute designation for the informed user / collaborator. If it exists, the operation will be prevented by an alert message.
