Record of Schedule
When the company uses scales, the timescales of employees, third parties and partners must be registered with this option.
All employees are registered on a scale, which will determine the routine work of each employee, whether administrative, production, relay, rotation, etc.
The rules per process of the record of schedule are run twice: one before and other after the inclusion/change/deletion.
Date Change Report the date of transfer to the worker’s schedule. Click the List button to select a working schedule already existing. New working schedules may be created in Workers > Records > Schedule.
New Scale Report the code of the worker new schedule.
Note
For type scales Automatic Generation:
- it will be necessary to inform the team and the category in which the employee will be allocated, so the employee will be part of a Team \ Turno \ Category where the service scale will be generated.
- when defined with a time sequence, it will not be possible to allocate collaborators at different scales for the same team / category, when it is defined at any particular time (9996, 9998, 9999), in Tables>FR006ESC), Schedules tab.
New Class Enter the class number of the new employee scale.
Team Report the team in which the worker will be part from the change date. This field is be enabled only if the working schedule reported is of type G - Automatic Generation.
Category Report the category in which the worker will be part from the change date. This field is be enabled only if the working schedule reported is of type G - Automatic Generation.
Note
The fields Team and Category are also present in the collective historical scales.
