Nature of Expenses
Register the codes of nature expense if the company uses Cost Centers, which will be used to separate the different types of expense in the entries.
Once registering the different types of nature expense used by the company, the workers may be bound to them, by records of nature expense, which may be registered in Workers > Records > Nature Expense or through the information about Nature Expense reported in the worker job.
This information will be useful when the company needs to identify and separate the costs of production of a given product.
Examples:
- Direct workforce - Workers directly committed with the production of the product in question, as example: Seamstresses, Silkscreen Painters, Weavers, Packers etc.
- Indirect workforce - Workers indirectly committed with the cost of production of the product, as example: Supervisors, Leaders, Third Party etc.
Report the code of the nature expense. Click the List button to select the codes registered. The system also allows to register new codes.
