Personal Skills

These are personal standards that serve to assess employee excellence. They are considered personal skills, such as: ability to work in a team, leadership, motivation, willingness to learn, creativity, etc.

Personal skills have no prerequisites. They are inherent to the person and not simply to the activities which it performs. They are skills concerning the personality of each individual.

When in Other > Indications, Information tab, in the Management per Competencies field it is defined “3 - Activate without legacy”, this window will not be displayed.

Table of Grades
Report the code of the table of grades used to evaluate each personal skill.

Uses in the Evaluation
It defines if the Skill will be used in the Evaluation, if set as No. When evaluating a worker this item will not take part of the evaluation item(s).

It Helps in the Evaluation
It defines if the Skill may help an Evaluation. If the field is set as Yes, the Skill will be displayed in the query of courses ( Carried out through the Courses button, from the evaluation window), having influence only in the evaluator decision.

Detailed Evaluation
Report the code of detailed evaluation to be used to evaluate this skill.
