Specific Activities
The activities are bound to the jobs in the Risk Areas item, thus, it is noticed that certain worker performs or has performed given activity according to its job record. However, there are exceptions in which the worker, even if bound to a certain job, performs specific activities and that other workers from the same job do not perform.
This register has been created in order to report these exceptions, in which it is possible to report, for a given worker and in a certain period, which activity this worker was performing, independently on its job.
Notes
This window will be enabled in the Jobs and Salaries module, when the Presents Job and Salaries Activity field is defined as ‘Y’ in the Security and Medicine module, in the Security Definitions window, ERPP tab.
When in Other > Indications, Information tab, in the Management per Competencies field it is defined “3 - Activate without legacy”, this window will not be displayed.
