Register the types of medical examinations and laboratory tests carried out or requested by the company medical area.
Examination Code
Enter a codification for each examination.
Description
Report the description of the medical examination and laboratory test.
Example:
Clinical examination (periodic), CBC.
Examinations
It contains the registration of all the exams, their periodicity and the age limits in which they are obligatory, this in the Exams folder and in the Items Result folder, the register of the possible results in each exam.
Chart I NR7
It identifies if the examination is related or not to the Chart I. When it is as Y, the information will be considered in the 17.3 field of PPP:
- Y - Yes, the examination is related to the Chart I of NR 7.
- N - No.
Chemical Agent Code
It corresponds to the chemical agent code reported in the examination. It is possible to use the Search button to display a list of agents that can be used.
Analysis Code
It corresponds to the analysis carried out. E.g.: lead, arsenic, etc.
Biological Material Code
It corresponds to the material collected. E.g.: Blood or urine.
AMB Code
Report the AMB code for this examination.
CBHPM Code
Report the CBHPM code for this examination.
Restriction per Sex
Report to which sex this examination is restricted.
Months Normal Examination
Report the validity time of the examination, considering activity in a normal sector, in which there are not aggressive agents. It is the quantity of months that will be used to generate the periodic examination, example: every twelve months.
Months of the First Normal Examination
It is the quantity of months of the first examination after the worker admission. Example: 6 months. The routine uses this field only once and after this only in the Normal Examination Months field.
Months Unhealthiness Examination
Report the validity time of each examination, considering the activity performance in a sector in which there is unhealthiness.
Months First Unhealthiness Examination
Report the validity time of the examination after admission, considering the activity in the unhealthy sector.
Months Dangerousness Examination
Report the validity time of each examination, considering the activity performance in a sector in which there is dangerousness. This information must be in number of months.
Months First Dangerousness Examination
Report the validity time of the examination after admission, considering the activity in the area where there is dangerousness.
Lower Age Range
Report the age when the minor belonging to this age range must renew the periodic examination differently from the other workers.
Examination Months Lower Age Range
Report the validity of examination for workers from this age range.
Higher Age Group
Report the age when the highers belonging to this age range must renew the periodic examination differently from the other workers.
Examination Months Higher Age Range
Report the validity of examination for workers from this age range.
Examination Months Higher Age Range
Report the validity time of the examination after admission, considering the age range.
Duration of Laid-off follow-up
It corresponds to the number of months in which the company is willing to offer this examination to laid-off workers, that is, during four months the former-worker will be followed-up after its termination in the company.
Months Laid-off follow-up
Report the limit of validity that this examination may be generated for laid-off worker.
Example:
Duration of Laid-off follow-up : 24 months
Months Laid-off follow-up: 6 months - The examinations will be carried out every six months after lay-off until it completes 24 months follow-up.
Months of the First Examination of Laid-off Follow-up
Report from which month the first follow-up examination will be generated.
Example:
The worker was laid-off in 5/3/2010. It has been reported 1 month in this field. When generating the request for examinations in Medicine > PCMSO > Generate Request, the Lay-off origin must be set, as well as the corresponding period and the Examination Date field without information. The examination request will be generated with date 6/3/2010, which corresponds to 1 month after the worker lay-off, in the Origin Module = “Medicine” and Examination Origin = “13 - Follow-up”.
Leave zero in this field to generate the examination when there is worker absence (lay-off). In this case, the examination request will be generated with the absence date, Origin Module = “G - Automatically Generated” and Examination Origin = “12 - Lay-off”. For the next examinations, that is, for follow-up, they must be generated through the request of examinations.
Interpretation Rule
Report the rule that will be used in the interpretation of examinations. The audiometric test already has an internal rule of interpretation, however, if there is need to do a specif procedure, in any examination, the rule herein reported will prevail.
Considers PPP
Report if the examination will be considered in the PPP issuing or not. In the generation of examination requests or when registering a new examination, this information will be suggested.
Audiometric Exam and Toxicological Examination
Identify the nature of the examination, indicating whether it is audiometric or toxicological. You can not enter "S - Yes" for both.
Normal Opinion
Report the code of the opinion considered normal for this examination, for example; Able, Without Restrictions, etc.
Changed Opinion
Report the code of the opinion considered outside the standards.
Example:
Unable, With Restrictions, etc.
Quantity of Decimal Places
Report the quantity of decimal places to be used in the items of examination results. It is used for examinations which request an accurate measurement.
Preparation for Examination
Describe preparations for examination.
Example:
The patient must always be fasting, at rest, without alcohol intake, etc.
Report "S - Yes" for the examination to be presented in the report Table III NR 7 - Annual Report (SMPC011), otherwise this record will be disregarded in the issuance of the report.
Result Items
Results
Describe a result item for each examination, to which will be assigned results. In addition, the minimum and maximum limits of each item may be indicated, the sequence field and automatically numbered.
