Reasons for Course Discontinuation
It allows to register the reasons of interruption of the course by the company or attendee initiative, as well as canceling of training groups.
This field will be used on the following windows:
- In the class registration in Training> Classes> Define> Define and Participants folders;
- In the expense apportionment screen by location, cost center and training participant> Classes> Expenses> Rate
- In the evaluation of the class in Training> Classes> Evaluate;
- In the course history record of the employee in the Training module, under Collaborator> Courses> History, both for the course improvement course and for the training course;
- In the general course history of the employee in the Training module, in Collaborator> Courses> General History, both for the course of improvement and for the training course;
- In the Candidate course history record in the Recruitment and Selection module, in Candidates> Courses, for both the course and the training course;
- In the information of aid.
Note
This field may be filled out only if the situation of the course is: 3-Quitter, 4-Temporarily Suspended and 8-Transferred, when modified these situations to any other different from these, the interruption reason must be zeroed.
Reason
Encode the reason of interruption.
Description
Inform the description of the reason for the interruption.
Company initiative Report if the interruption was by the company.
Occupy Vacancy
Report if the interruption reason will be considered in the vacancy.
Prorate Expenses
Report if the interruption reason will be considered in the apportionment of expenses.
