Adjust Salaries
It allows to adjust the data/salaries of the worker’s individual record from the Salary structures and the table of jobs. After filling out all data from the window of ranges, if necessary (through the Selection button, select the Process button to carry out the adjustment.
Notes
- When the salary structure used in the in the workers salary is of type 6 (Per Skill - Regular), this procedure will add the salary value of the worker’s Class/Level to the salary value of the skills according to the teams where it is active, is former active and where it is multifunctional. The result will be updated in the salary history of the employee.
- When processing the adjustment on this window, the system will consider the ranges (Others > Users > Ranges) registered for an active user.
Fields
Type Adjustment
Has the function to indicate the type of adjustment.
Includes the new salary record with value defined in the salary structure/class/level. If the structure is of type M - Matrix, searches for the salary in the class and in the level, and if it is of type L - List, searches for the salary directly in the level.
Note
The salary structure/class/level considered is defined in the last salary record. However, The salary value is obtained according to what is reported in the salary structure.
Includes the salary record according to the performance percentage of the last salary record. The performance percentage refers to the comparison of the salary value defined for the salary structure/class/level with the value of the worker’s salary record.
Salary structure/class/level = 1,000
Salary record = 900
Considering these values, the performance percentage is 90%.
Includes the new salary record only changing the salary class. Does not changes the structure, level or salary value. Moreover, the class selected for the new record is the one which has punctuation closer to the punctuation reported in the job. If the structure is of type M - Matrix, searches for the job punctuation in the classes, and if it is of type L - List, searches for the job punctuation in the levels, changing the salary level and not the class.
Note
The classification points are reported in the job information and in the classes of the salary structure of type Matrix. If the structure is of type List, the punctuation is reported in the levels.
Includes the salary record, only changing the salary level. Does not changes the structure, class or salary value. Being that the level selected for the new record is the one which is closer to the most recent salary to the adjustment date. If the structure is of type M - Matrix, searches for the level within the class, and if it is of type L - List, searches directly in the level.
Includes the new salary record only changing the salary class and level, and does not change the structure or the salary value. The class selected for the new record is the one which has punctuation closer to the punctuation reported in the job, being that the level selected for the new record is the one that is closer to the most recent salary to the adjustment date. If the structure is of type M - Matrix, searches for the job punctuation in the classes, and if it is of type L - List, searches for the job punctuation in the levels, and change the salary level and not the class.
Includes the new salary record only changing the salary class and level, as defined in the salary structure per branch or in the job information. Always considers the initial class and level of these windows and does not change the structure or salary value of the record.
Includes the new salary record, only changing the performance percentage. For the calculation of the performance percentage, the salary value is compared to the value defined in the position str/class/level, salary structure per branch or job information. The other fields return the salary record that is being generated and has all data equal to the last salary record.
Note
The level used for comparison is considered according to the Salary Percentage indication (R000ASS.SalDes). If the Salary Percentage is equal to M-Market, considers only information from the salary structure.
Includes the new salary record only changing the salary class and level, as defined in the position. Always considers the initial class and level and does not change the structure or salary value of the record. In addition, checks if there is any change in the table of the position salary information, relating to the structure, class and level. To the occupiers of these positions with changing, the system will perform adjustment in the record on this date. Thus, it is not necessary performing this change manually. This option is available only when the routine of position is active in the license file.
Note
Without system variables for use in all the types of adjustment. Therefore, the R034FUN table is available for consulting in the rule.
Change Date
Reports the change date that will go to the record.
Lower Salary
Indicates if the salary must be adjusted in a value lower than the current salary.
Adjust Proposals
Indicates how the module must behave in relation to the future salary proposals.

Hist. Future Salaries
Through this information the user determines to the module how to treat the salary records with dates superior to the adjustment date that is being performed.
Reason
Indicates the reason for the salary change. This information will be used in employees' salary histories. The reasons for salary change can be consulted by clicking on the search button.
System Type
Indicates which type of job system must be adjusted.
Admitted until
Allows that the user reports a limit date in which the system will consider the future admitted for salary adjustment.
Laid-Off
Allows to adjust or not the salary of laid-off workers. The indication determines:

If the user indicates the Y indication, it is necessary reporting in the field right below the start date from which the module must consider the rescission. All rescission found with date greater or equal to the date reported on the window will be considered for adjustment purposes.
Laid-off from
This field is enabled when the previous option is Y. The user must report here the start date from which the laid-off workers will be considered.
Note
Will present message only in the Log, by alerting that the adjustment will not be carried out because the employee has been already laid-off, for the employees that have been laid-off in the last year in relation to the change date.
Rule
Allows to indicate, when necessary, the code for a rule that will be used when the company wants that the salary adjustment be total or partially different from the one that is being regularly processed.
Note
When running the Rule, the unique table that is read is the R034Fun.
Define the Use Rule
When the user needs to use a specific rule to calculate the worker salary value,must indicate the code of the rule in the previous field and indicate in the Define the Use Rule field, the type of use that this rule will have in the calculation:
The module uses the other parameters of the window ate first place and then checks the rule.
Firstly checks the content of the window, then checks the content of the rule.
Checks only the content of the rule, not checking the other items on the window. This option considers the Types of Adjustments and any window definition (even the fields with mandatory filling out). The system only runs the rule, does not use any calculation before or after the rule.
The system does not includes a salary record automatically. A SQL command must be done in the rule in order to include or change a salary record.
Note
Without system variables for use in the rule. Only the R034FUN table is available for consulting and from the rule can make consultations (select) and other SQL commands.

Generate New Hist. Salary
Indicate if, when calculating the performance percentage, a new salary record must be generated, or if the performance percentage must be adjusted in the worker’s last salary record (according to the change date).
Note
It will only be enabled when the field Type Adjustment you are informed with the option "7% Performance Cfe. Est / Cla / Niv-Colaborator ".
General Information
- The system always generates a salary record when the options 1 or 2 are reported in the Define the Rule Use field. Even if the rule is not informed, a wage history will be generated according to the screen settings;
- The rule can be run before or after processing the salary adjustment, however, they are not available for use in the system variables rule with the window definitions or that can interfere in the calculation. In the rule only the table R034FUN, containing the records of the collaborator being processed, is available for consultation;
- The rule can cancel the processing for a specific worker through the Cancel command (1).
