Skill Criteria

We can indicate which criteria must be used for better view of the skills that the workers have or the ones that they still not have.

In this screen we will determine what criteria to use to show all skills, which are necessary for employees. As criteria, for example, all the items shown on this screen may be marked. The user can opt for any indication according to the result that it wants to view.

Note

It can be still used the Default button, which will gather all required criteria to demonstrate the need of trainings for workers on skills that are required. To save the parameters for future query, the Save button must be pressed on the main window.
