IDP - Individual Development Plan

Through this window, the reservations of vacancies for the courses will be generated. information as the following are presented on the window: Company, Type, Worker, Evaluation Period, Sequence, Skill/Knowledge and Identification No., information from windows of Evaluations. The Skill/Knowledge field will be presented only when the IDP window is called by the grades tab from the Evaluation window in question, being that, in this case, the reservations per Item will be generated and the description of the Skill will be presented for Performance and Excellence evaluations and Knowledge for the knowledge evaluation.

The window includes two grids, in which the first one presents IDP Components, that is, the Subjects (only those that helps in the evaluation) and the second grade presents the Courses related per Subject and that will be considered in the IDP. In situations where the worker already has reservation for that item and/or evaluation, the course line may be presented in blue in the grid.

To generate reservations with bond to the item or evaluation, the user must select the courses in the grid and click the Change button. When clicking the Change button and there is reason of evaluation reported in the definitions, it will be checked if there already is a reservation for that worker and course and that there is a group defined; if there is, only the bond will be created, remaining the reservation with the same information. If there is no reservation, a reservation will be generated with the following information:

• Worker and Course reported on the window
• Reservation date equal to the current day
• Origin of reservation equal to 7 - Evaluation
• Reservation reason equal to the Reason of Evaluation field in
• Training > Definitions, Reservations folder
• Code of the user who is making the evaluation
• Responsible Company, Type of Responsible and Responsible Evaluator
• Group will be reported 0 (zero)

To delete a reservation, the user must select the courses that are in blue in the grid and press the delete button. Thus, all the bonds of selected reservations will be deletes and it will delete the reservation only if it is defined with origin equal to 7-Evaluation, does not have a defined group and does not have any other bond reported, what can be checked through the Evaluation tab, on the reservation Information window. Therefore, it is possible to select registers in blue in the grid, as the “regular” in black, however, when clicking the Delete button, only the ones in blue in the grid will be considered, and when clicking the Change button, only the items in black will be considered.

The Consultation button will present on a window the records of improvement courses, as well as the worker reservations in progress.
