Duplication of Requirements Group
Through this window, it is possible to duplicate the Requirements Group and its composition.
The window is divided into two panels: Origin, with identification of original Requirements Group, and Destination, in which it is required to report:
Important It is not possible to report a Requirements Group that is already registered.
By default, the system already reports the description of the Requirements Group that is being duplicated, but this information can be changed.
After clicking Process, the duplicated Requirements Group is displayed, which has:
- The new name and description, registered at the duplication moment;
- User active in the system and the time of duplication in the Last Change item;
- The following items remain equal to the ones from the duplicated Requirements Group:
- Last review of its items (Improvement, Training, Competency);
- Jobs and Positions;
- User fields.
