Generate Percentages
This process will use the result of previous evaluations to calculate per team or job the percentages of training and general skills in each one.
Important All results evaluated in the system are evaluated in terms of average and also in percentage.
The result of this process can be checked on the consultation windows of Evaluations:
- Skills > Evaluations > Performance > Results
- Skills > Evaluations > Excellence > Results
- Skills > Evaluations > Results > Jobs
- Skills > Evaluations > Results > Career
From these data and the reported selection, the process will calculate the result of Workers’ evaluations.
The calculation of the result of evaluations is performed as follows:
Technical Skills
- Searches for evaluated Technical Skills considering the period and selection reported;
- For each worker:
- Calculates the grade and the percentage of each evaluated Technical Skill for the Worker, considering the weights of Types of Evaluators specified in the Performance definitions (the Types that are with zero will not be considered);
- Calculates the percentages of Improvement and Training of each Technical Skill, considering the weights of the Improvement and Training courses registered for each Skill. For the Improvement courses, it will be considered that the worker has a course when it is Completed and with Outcome. For the Training courses, it will be respected the Situation specified in the requirement. It saves the Performance and Training percentages in the table of results of the Technical Skill (Table R077MHT) in the reported period; Calculates the grades and percentages of Performance and the Worker’s Training percentages. For this calculation, the system will consider the weights of Technical Skills of the Blocks defined on the Requirements per Org. Unit/Job window or on the Job Requirements window. It saves the grades and percentages of the Performance and the percentages of Trainings in the Career Result tables (Table R078ACR) and Jobs (Table R078AHC) in the period reported.
Personal Skills
- Searches for the evaluated Personal Skills considering the period and the reported selection;
- For each worker:
- Calculates the grade and the percentage of each evaluated Personal Skill for the worker, considering the weights of Types of Evaluators specified in the Excellence definitions (the Types that are with zero will not be considered);
- Saves the Excellence percentages in the table of results of the Personal Skill (Table R079MHP) in the reported period;
- Calculates the grades and percentages of Worker’s Excellence. For this calculation, the system will consider the weights of Personal Skills of the Blocks defined on the Requirements per Org. Unit/Job window or on the Job Requirements window. It saves the grades and percentages of Excellence in the Career Result tables (Table R078ACR) and Jobs (Table R078AHC) in the period reported.
