Entry
Allows to enter changes of data, in the salary records of workers, reporting on a single window, several workers, with changes in several fields.
This feature is widely used when it is desired to readjust the salary of several employees with different motives and percentages.
Report the worker's code. Most other data will result from the last salary record, and may be changed if necessary. A new salary may be reported or an adjustment percentage that will result in a new salary.
Notes
To delete one or more items from the grid, press CTRL + DEL on the line to be deleted.
The system will assume the value reported as the code of the reason in the first worker, for the other workers reported, to make the typing easier, however, will allow the user to change it.
When reporting a worker, information about the structure/class/level will be presented according to the salary record valid and according to the definition in the Assume Salary field, in Salaries > Structure > Information, a value will be suggested for salary proposal (consult the help of the window previously mentioned for further information). When registering a salary proposal with value equal to the worker current salary (salary record), the system will ask the user if it really wants to continue. If there already is a register with the date reported, a new register with sequence + 1 will be created.

502-Consist Individual Entry of Salary
This rule aims to consist each entry of salary done for the worker. It will always be run when leaving the grid and may cancel the salary entry.
Example: The rule determines that the salary adjustment cannot be greater than 10%, canceling the register. This canceling will impede to leave the current entry, which must be corrected or not carried out. The registers from tables: R034FUN, R038HCA, R038HSA will be available in this rule.
503-Inclusion of Individual Entry of Salary
The rule will be run after that all the consistence of the window has been performed and when clicking the Process button, for each worker that is being registered. It aims to criticize the entries of the worker’s salary that is being included in the salary record. This rule may also cancel the entry if there is any irregularity. The registers from the R034FUN, R038HCA tables are available for consultation and also for changing (except the key) the registers from R038HSA table, that will have support for user fields. Data from R038HSA table, even the user fields, that are changed for the rule will be saved in the worker’s salary record.
