Maintenance of Responsibility Delegations

Through this window it is possible to carry out maintenance of Responsibility Delegations, from the worker activity in the period, of hierarchies from the position in the selected activity and of delegations registered for this activity.

Company

In this mandatory field it is possible to insert the code and the name of the company.

Type of Worker

In this field it is possible to define the type of worker’s binding.

Worker

In this field it is possible to define the code and the name of the worker to be substituted in the delegation process.

Period

In this field it is possible to report the worker’s activity.

Activity Panel of the Worker in the Period

This panel represents the worker’s activities in the reported period, including:

• Position
• Reduced Description (Position)
• Beginning
• End
• Description (Activity)

 

Panel of Position Hierarchy in the Selected Activity

Through this panel it is possible to view the types of hierarchy and their reviews valid for the position of the select activity and for those that are valid in the period of the record of selected activity, including:

• Description (H)
• Dt. Review
• End

Consult in the Hierarchy button

Through this button you can access the existing Stations Hierarchy Query screen below the station selected in the review for each hierarchy.

Delegations Registered Panel for Selected

This panel reports all delegations existing for the selected activity, including:

• Type of Hierarchy
• Description (Type Hierarchy)
• Beginning
• End
• Company
• Type
• Worker
• Name (Worker )
• Validity
• Description (Validity)

Buttons

Add

Through this button it is possible to add a new delegation, from the Delegations window.

Change

Through this button it is possible to change an existing delegation, from the Delegations window.

Delete

Through this button it is possible to remove the delegation selected on the database.

Notes

In this field it is possible to insert general notes about the delegation of responsibilities.
