Register of Profiles of the Curriculum WEB - New RS
This window is only displayed when the new RS is used.
Important
The screen is not available for use via Windows Access and Browser Access.
Through this screen it is possible to register and customize profiles of the WEB curriculum, grouping the general definitions and the layout of the fields that compose them, to represent a target audience. The screen is divided into three main tabs:
The internal and external candidates' login to the Web Curriculum can be validated through the rule by process 833.
Profiles
This guide can include features for viewing the profile of the curriculum and the objectives of the profile.
Important
You can not change your profile's audience when there is a layout per language.
Lets you define whether or not the photo is to be displayed. The filling out of this field is mandatory.
In this field it is possible to define the maximum size in kilobytes accepted in the candidate's photo change.
This field allows you to define the photo extensions. The options are only active when in the field Submit photo "Yes" is set. When the application is used, the curriculum profile displays the vacancy announcements and allows the candidate to indicate their interest in the vacancies.

It allows to define the type of authentication for the access of the candidate of the WEB Curriculum: "1 - E-mail" or "2 - CPF".

Allows you to define whether the user can exit the tab in case of some inconsistency during recording. This field is enabled only if the field Save when you leave the page is set to "1 - Yes".
Layouts
In this tab you can register general information about the layout, its structure and the messages that will be displayed in the profile.
Through this required field it is possible to configure the profile presentation for several languages. The configured languages can be selected by the candidates on the Web Curriculum login page.

Information
In this tab you can register general information and profile access.
The system displays default information in the fields, according to the language defined in the Regional Settings defined (when the terms are already translated).
In this field you can define the text that is displayed in the title bar of the browser. Your completion is required.
In this field you can define the text that is displayed as the title of the Web Curriculum login page. The filling out of this field is mandatory.
Through this field you can define the regional settings, which influence the separators of dates and numbers, for example.
When the regional setting is not informed, the system considers the default locale.
This field is required when the Authentication Type for "1 - E-mail".
This field is required when the Authentication Type for "1 - E-mail".
This field is required when the Authentication Type for "2 - CPF".
This field is required when the Authentication Type for "2 - CPF".
In this field you can set the text displayed as a password field label on the Web Curriculum login page. The filling out of this field is mandatory.
In this field you can set the text displayed as the password field fill-in tip. Completion of this field is optional.
It is mandatory to set the minimum size to be entered in the password field.

Indicate whether the use of numbers in the password composition is allowed, not allowed or required.

In this field it is possible to define the text displayed in the login button on the Web Curriculum login page. Completing this field is optional.
In this field it is possible to define the text displayed in the link responsible for sending the candidate's password to your e-mail. Fill in this field is optional.
In this field you can define the general login instructions displayed on the Web Curriculum login page. Completing this field is optional.
Duplicate
Pressing this button displays the available languages for the system. When selecting a language, all the information that makes up the layout will be duplicated generating a new layout per language.
Pre registration
This guide is only available to the target audience of external candidates and it is possible to define which fields should compose the pre-registration.
Type Field
This is a required field that allows you to select the field type of the table. You can choose to:
- Simple fields (0): They can be used to display static texts. You can enter only the name, label, field display width, row number, default value, and Field column.
- Table Fields (1): They can be used to display fields from the base table of the group.
Description (Field Type)
This field is filled automatically according to what is reported in the field Field Type.
Name
The field name of the layout is required. If the type is Simple Fields, you must enter the name. If the type is Table Fields, the system indicates the available fields for the selected base table.
Important
Once the field name has been entered with Table Fields, this can not be changed and the system will suggest the field label, the fill tip, the field width, the requirement and whether it will be editable, according to the options in the selected base table. This information should be suggested according to the layout language. If the field has no translation for the language you entered, the system will suggest the data in the default language.
Width
This field is only enabled when optional in TBS. When it is mandatory in TBS, it is disabled and assumes "Yes" as the default value.
View
This field lets you select how to display fields that reference other tables. You have the options:
- Autocomplete: displays the records as the user types the information in the field;
- Combo box: displays a listing with all records in the table up to the limit of 10,000 records.
Foreign Filter
This field can only be entered in fields that refer to another table. The entered filter must be valid - contain a SQL expression native to the database.
Filter lists
This field can only be informed when related to an enumeration.
Line
Indicates the line on which the field is displayed. Multiple fields can be displayed on a single line.
Note
The sequence of fields in the Web Curriculum will follow the same sequence as the fields defined in the Layout fields grid. The Line field is for defining whether more than one field is displayed per line. Example:

In this way, the fields Field A and Field B will be displayed on line 1, the Field C in row 2, field D field in row 3 and so on.
Repositioning Buttons for Pages or Groups
The following buttons allow you to reposition pages, groups and fields:
- Allows you to place the page, group or field up one position at a time.
- Allows you to place the page, group or field down one position at a time.

CAPTCHA

Display CAPTCHA:
- Login - Introduce the CAPTCHA when logging into the Web curriculum.
- Pre registration - displays the CAPTCHA on the web curriculum pre-registration screen for profiles configured for the external target audience, this option is unavailable to the internal target audience.
- Password recovery - Introduces CAPTCHA in password recovery of the Web curriculum.
Preview
This feature is intended to visually provide approximate information on how the screen will look on the web curriculum screen that contains the CAPTCHA after the definitions of titles and labels.
The CAPTCHA validation message can be customized on the Message tab by code 128.
Structure
In this tab you can define the layout structure of the curriculum pages for each layout language. In the WEB Curriculum the pages will be displayed as tabs and the groups will be displayed inside the tab as groups of fields.

Remove Selected
With this button you can remove the page or group that is selected. To do this, you must select the page or group in the Structure pane, click this button, and then confirm the deletion.

Join the Group
In order to use dependency of fields in the WEB Curriculum, it is possible to configure it through this tab. In the WEB Curriculum, the dependency has the following functioning:
- In the State the filter will be applied according to the Country informed.
- In the City the filter will be applied according to the state informed.
- In the neighborhood the filter will be applied according to the City informed.
The field dependency can be used for both Birthplace and Address by configuring the Foreign Filter field, as configured below:

Important
When the base table is R122CEX, R034FUN or R034CPL, it is not possible to define filters.
You can not delete or change the base table of groups whose base table is R034FUN or R122CEX if there are more groups added.
It is only possible to include a group with the base table of Previous Charges if a group with the base table of Previous Jobs already have been added in the same page.
Base table
Through this required field you can select a registered database table, displaying its code and value. The system does not allow you to change the base table of groups that already have defined fields.
User's Table
Inform a user table registered in the database.
- It will allow editing only when the base table of the group is USER.
- If the profile public is internal the user can inform only user tables that contain the NUMEMP, TIPCOL, and NUMCAD fields in the table key.
- If the profile public is external, the user can report only user tables that contain the NUMCAN field in the table key.
Filter
Through this field you can select an advanced system filter. You can see a new screen that establishes two parameters for the selection: Field or Field + Value - being allowed the addition of different options.
Allow minimize
In this mandatory field it is possible to define whether the group can (S) or not (N) be minimized.

Can not set filters and limit records when the base table is R122CEX, R034FUN or R034CPL
Still in Add Groups, there is a grid called Layout Fields. Each group of fields can be composed of one or more fields.
Layout Fields
Field Type
This is a required field that allows you to select the field type of the table. You can choose to:
- Simple fields (0): Can be used to display static text. You can enter only the name, label, field display width, line number, and default value.
- Table Fields (1): Can be used to display fields from the base table of the group.
- Autoincremental Field (2): Can be used to generate a sequential value for candidate history using user table. These fields will not be visible in the web curriculum.
- The autoincremental field type is only allowed when the base table of the group is USER (user table).
Name
The field name of the layout is required. If the type is Simple Fields, you must enter the name. If the type is Table Fields, the system indicates the available fields for the selected base table or informed user table. For type Field Autoincremental are available only integer user table fields that are part of the table key, and are not bound to another table or enumeration.
Important
Once the field name has been entered with Table Fields, it can not be changed and the system will suggest the field label, the fill tip, the field width, the requirement and whether it will be editable, according to the options in the selected base table. This information should be suggested according to the layout language. If the field has no translation for the language you entered, the system will suggest the data in the default language.
To the field Course Phase, available in the Candidate Training Courses (R122CCF) and Employee Training Courses (R124HCF) tables, it is advisable to configure the foreign filter with the contents: NivCuf =: NivCuf. In this way, the phases of the training course are grouped by sequence according to the level of training.
Required
In this field you can set whether the field fill is required (check box checked) or not (check box cleared).
Note
It is not allowed to configure the field FILMEN as mandatory, because the system does not consider "0" (zero) as a value, only equal to or greater than "1" (one).
Editable
In this field you can set whether the field is editable (check box checked) or not (check box cleared).
Foreign Filter
This field can only be entered in fields that refer to another table. The entered filter must be valid - contain a valid SQL expression.
Filter Enumerations
This field can only be informed when related to an enumeration.
Line
Indicates the line on which the field is displayed. Multiple fields can be displayed on a single line.
Show on Grid
In this field you can set whether the field should appear in the grid (check box checked) or not (check box cleared).
Show on Form
Indicates whether the field entered in the form should (checkbox checked) or not (checkbox unchecked) be displayed in the curriculum layout. If the field is unchecked, the system should hide it. Otherwise, it is displayed.

posts
In this tab you can customize the messages displayed in the Web Curriculum according to the language entered in the layout.
By including a new layout, the system suggests all the messages that will be used by the WEB curriculum. Whenever a new message is added to the curriculum routines, the system updates the database.
Questionnaire
In this guide you can define questionnaires that can be answered by the candidates.
Customization
Through this guide you can inform CSS or JavaScript files responsible for customizing the curriculum's appearance. For information about customizations via JavaScript, go to the Web Curriculum Customization topic.
Type
It informs by numerical code the type of file used in the customization (0 - CSS, 1 - JavaScript).
Description (Type)
This field is automatically populated by the system according to the code entered in the field Type.
Customization file
In this field you must be informed the name of the customization file. The file must be stored in the same directory as the Directory of HTML page files of the Configuration Center (SeniorConfigCenter.exe), so just enter the relative path.
