Users Indications
In this option are defined the indications for the routine of users.
Allows indicating if it will be created users for admitted workers:
- The user will be created by the system only when clicking the button Create User, on the window for association of user to worker (the window for SGU users information will be opened when clicking the button). This window can be accessed through the Users button of the Admission Form or through the menu Several > Users > Associate Worker.
- The window for association of user to worker may not be accessed. Consequently, it will not be possible to create a new user for admitted workers.
- Right after concluding the registration for a new worker, the SGU window will be opened to register the new user. After concluding the registration for this user, the association of the user to the worker (table R034USU) will be automatically done.
Substitute User Can Assign Its Permissions
Inform if an user who is substituting another user can register appointments. if informing "S", when a substitute register an appointment, its substitute will assume only the permissions of the user who has included the appointment.
The User John is the substitute for the user Peter, and on the period of this assignment he includes a new assignment, indicating the user Mary as his substitute. In this situation the user "Mary" will assume only the permissions of the user "John".
Centralizes Appointments of Substitute Users
Inform if the routine of Substitute Users must be centralized.
Permissions in Appointment of Substitute
Inform how the appointment of substitute will be:
- Individual. With this option, the substitute user can choose between receive only its permissions or only the permissions of the substitute. To do so, it will be displayed the indication "Log in with substitute user privileges". If the user select this option, the system will check upon login if the user has more than one appointment on that date, and in this case it will be shown a window with the names available in order to select only one of them. If there is only one appointment registered, the login will be carried out with permissions of the substitute user indicated by it.
- Added. The substitute user receives permissions from itself added to the permissions of the substituted user
- When the profile coverage feature is active and the system is accessed with a substitute user logging with user privileges replaced and with the = I - Individual markup, only the scope of the selected replaced user profile will be considered, added to the individual user. If the indication is as Added, then, when selecting a substituted user profile, it will be considered the ranges of this profile plus the individual ones of this user. If a user profile is selected that is related to the substituted and substituted user, the profile coverage plus the individual coverage of both users will be considered;
- When using integration services, the permissions in the appointment of the substitute must be = "S" - Added, otherwise the service will not be processed as expected. The Replacement Naming routine does not consider the permissions and scope of the user replaced when in the Substitution Naming Permissions the individual value is assigned;
- In Point Management, only the appointments of individual substitutes are considered, that is, it is not possible to add the permissions of the substitute to those of the substituted user. Consider Change of Org. Unit on the Windows for Programming and Adjustments
Inform if, the workers who have scheduling of org. unit change must be considered on the Windows for Programming and Adjustments.
The user "Peter" has permission to view the workers who had been in the org. unit "1.01.02", but there is in its sector a worker from the org. unit "2.03.01" working for a specified period. For this purpose, it was made a Schedule of Org. Unit Change for this worker, from 1/10/2001 to 1/30/2001, for the org. unit "1.01.02".
When accessing the windows for Scheduling og Org. Unit Change, the user "Peter" will only see this worker if "S" is informed in this field, and only when the calculation which Evaluation period covers the date on which the scheduling has occurred is selected.
The user can change only the adjustments of the days corresponding to the org. unit change.
Affected windows
All individual and collective schedules, window to move clocking in/out, window to justify adjustments, window of worker adjustment and adjustment on the date.
Uses Special Ranges of Org. Units
Inform if the Org. unit Special range will be used. If it is informed "S", you must register in Several > Users > Ranges > Special for Org. Unit the org. units that can be used by the user in the window for programming Org. Unit Changes. If not registered, the user can use any org. unit code.
In case it is informed "N", the option "Special for Location" will not be displayed in Several > Users > Ranges, and the user will be allowed to use only the records informed in the item "Workers".
Uses Special Range of Schedules
Inform if the Special range for Schedules will be used. If informed "S", it must be registered in Several > Users > Ranges > Special for Schedules, the schedules that may be used by the user on the windows for Schedule of Change of Schedule, Collective Programmings, Records of Schedule and Collective Records. If not registered, the user can use any code of schedule. If informed "N", the option "Special for Schedules" will not be displayed in Several > Users > Ranges, amd the user will only use the schedules informed in the item "Workers".
record of Contract in the Range of Other Companies
Inform as should be considered records of contracts for users who have range from Other Companies.
Allow Access to New Menu Items Inform if the user will have or not permission to access new items on the menu. Administrator users will not have their permissions changed for this item, so all the menus continue to be presented.
Important
To modify this option it is necessary to review the current menu permissions of each group and / or user. With the current option being S - Yes, the screens that have never had the permissions saved will have full permission for the all group. When switching to N - No, the screens that only have the group all and that never had saved permissions will not have any permission. Therefore, it is recommended before changing the ticking enter all the options of the screen and save permission.
Inform if the user scope of the subject "Employees" in table R712ABR for use in BI will be updated.
Whenever a range is saved on the basis, this table will be updated.
Apply User Range in the Ranges Settings
Inform if you should apply the user logged in extensions (except MASTER) in the Miscellaneous> Users> Collaborators item scope. If you enter "S", when you edit the field values of this screen except Local and Link fields, the values will be consisted according to the scope registered for the logged in user. When setting ranges for a new user / group, opening the settings screen will automatically suggest the user logged in ranges.
By checking "S - Yes", changes in user / group coverage performed on the screen System Scope and in the GravaNoBancoAbrUsu function are presented in the processing log "177 - Scope".
Merge user / group scope conditions
Define how user ranges are merged with the groups to which they belong.
If the signaling is "S - Yes", the scope of the groups will be merged to the extent of the user. This is the current default behavior of the system.
When set to "N - No", each condition of the groups will be applied individually to the user, not by merging the ranges.
