Ordering Inform the column by which the classification of the employees' grid is to be done and also the search of records.
The sorting and searching of records are only available if the field in question is visible in the employee grid (set settings). If not, it will always be assumed by ordering a record. For the ordering by Scale/Class / Shift, these three fields must be present in the grid. The research in this ordering will be made always by the code of the range.

This button allows the user to configure the fields that will be displayed on the screen. When you close it, the size of the grids and the survey you are using will be saved.
Collaborator type "3 - Partner" may be hidden. This can be used when a user only works with "2 - Third Party" or "1 - Employee". Every time the user hits enter the window, the system will get the employees as defined in the configuration.
Employee Relationship The employees and some of their information are presented. You can configure the visible columns of this grid using the settings

To find a collaborator faster, you can use the field Demand, which allows you to perform a search according to the item selected in the field Ordering.
- Exceptions: If this item is selected, there is some exception situation on the date. In the situation register there is the field Exception situation, which defines whether it is an exception or not. Usually exceptions are the unauthorized extras, absences, delays and situations in which the bosses should manifest themselves;
- Scale and Schedule: considering the histories and schedules;
- occurrences: shows the markings and one of the situations cleared on the date. If there are multiple situations at the time, the preference will be situations of exception. If there are multiple situations of exception, the code will be displayed.
The situation visualization is treated as follows: there is a difference between Exceptions and occurrences, the field Exceptions returns if any of the situations on the date is set in the Exception situation = "S", already the field occurrences only makes the listing of the markings next to the situation of greater code.
When the time is a holiday or slack time (schedules 9996, 9997, 9998 or 9999), the column occurrences you can show:
- If there is no marking or removal, it will show the standard description of each time, defined in the timetable;
- If there are markings, show them and an accurate situation;
- If there are no markings, but there is clearance, will show the description of the situation.
According to the options listed above:

Note
For registered employees with an intermittent scale, on the Scale Entries screen (FR006ESC), only the days that have times with this scale are displayed. That is, other days are not displayed. Selection
After defining one of the ranges below and clicking OK, the selection of employees will already be carried out, also taking into account the parameters Configuration, as Exceptions and Ordering , but will overlap the Employee Type.
Exceptions / All
Displays only the employees and dates that have an exception situation ascertained, and changes the description of the button to All. Clicking the button, which is now called All, all employees and all the dates cleared will be shown again, and the button description will return to Exceptions.
When, in the determination settings, it is indicated that the Verified Days, the button description will only be Show, and it will reload the employee grid according to what was checked in the checkboxes Exceptions Only and Only unverified days.
Other Screens
Allows you to access the same menu that is shown by right-clicking on the Collaboration tab.
Calculation of interjornada
In order to check the interval of 11 or 35 hours (Rest Weekly Remunerated + 11 hours) rest, the markers performed by the employee before (last marking) and after (first marking) the rest period, without checking the tolerances before or after and even the daily tolerance of the time.
Tolerances:
- Base Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Tolerances before: 7:50 and 5:50 p.m.;
- Tolerances after: 8:10 and 18:10.
Note
It will be considered the time of marking the point and not the time of the calculation.
Already in the calculation, the consistency of the calculation of the next day interbreed will be made, so that when modifying or deleting the last marking done by the employee, in case of the interjornada situation or non-compliance with the rest hours, the message "There were changes in the markings on the current day that may influence the calculation of the interjornada.
