Fields
Competency Schedule
Inform the competence (mm / yyyy) in which the employee will work. If the service period occurs in more than one competency, it is necessary to inform all the competences and to provide the details of the schedules of each one.
Grid
The grid of this screen serves to detail the work schedules of the intermittent collaborator in each competency.
The skills entered in this screen are linked to the calling code. When informing a competence already linked to the selected convocation code, the already registered schedules will be presented.
If it is a new competence, the system will present in the grid every day in the informed competence, detail them as necessary.
The column Schedule will search for the times already registered in the system (FR004HOR), being able to select them by the code so that the system fills the employee's scale.
To enter the number of hours of the Paid Weekly Break, enter a DSR time code ("9999 - DSR" for example) and then fill in the number of hours in the columns DSR Daylight Hours and Night DSR Hours.
If the code entered is "9999 - DSR", the total DSR minutes entered in day and night are considered and totaled in their respective events configured for DSR payment in the integration settings. Losses are not considered.
Buttons
