Schedules

Warning

This documentation has information that applies only to some modules. Contents that have the icon indicate each case, position the mouse over this icon and see the description of the modules.

On this window it must be registered all the hours that the workers will work. The system uses this information as the basis for the working hours calculation, absences and overtime, etc. The times are organized within Working Schedules. Therefore, a worker can have multiple times within the same schedule.

It can be registered up to 9990 working times. The numbering that goes from 9991 to 9999 is reserved for the system and cannot be used to register new schedules. The times listed below are fixed and have specific purpose in the system, and may have only its description changed:

9996 - Day off It is informed in the schedule to represent days off, which are neither compensated days and or paid weekly rest period.
9997 - Holiday Is not informed in the schedule, because the system will calculate it according to the Tables of Holidaysregistered.
