Structures

This window will be available when, in: Several > Indications, the field Uses Structure = S - Yes and for modules Benefits, Jobs and Salaries, Headcount, Time and Cafeteria Control, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Management, Security and Medicine, Trainings.

The registration of structures will not respect ranges, that is, any user will be able to include registers. Users that have access to the register of the company (for change), will be able to change its structure to any registered at R000EST table, even if the structure is not in the user range.

Through this window the user can register the several structures of the system, where each structure can be set as the default for one or more companies.

Functioning

When the window of the table has the NumEmp field as the key (e.g. the windows of record):

• If the active company has structure, the user can select registers that have the TabEst equal to the company or empty.
• If the active company does not have structure, the user can select registers that have TabEst within its range of companies or empty.

When the window of the table does not have the NumEmpfield as the key (e.g. the union information):

• Visualizes all registers with TabEst within its range of companies or empty.

These definitions are also valid for administrators users (ADM).

Structure

Inform the structure code. It will be selected to relate information of Unions, banks, Salary Structures, Schedules and Working Times to one company or more.

International Settings

Inform an international code, according to those available on the window Activation of International Configurations, in Others > International Settings. It will respect the definitions of International Settings of the country informed in this field for the register structure.
